I asked for my dog to be cut and groomed. All they did was give her a bath and trim her nails. I could have done that at home! Dropped her off at 10:50. They had her until 2:40. Didn't cut her hair at all!

I would be very concerned leaving my fur baby boarded here. These dogs cry night and day. I understand they are missing their family, but it seems like someone would be there with them. Why board a dog when they are going to be left alone anyway. Leave them at home and have someone come and check on them, they would get more attention that way. It’s heartbreaking listening to them cry.

My Puppy is truly lucky. We went to Lucky Puppy on a recommendation. Buddy’s cut was done the way he wanted and he smelled great when he came home. He is a very happy dog.

Had a great experience with the pet hotel side of the company. Mark was the guy who got me all set up and reassured me that my 9 month old pit bull was in the best hands. The living quarters were clean. All dogs had food and water. Had originally planned to board her there from Thursday evening until Monday afternoon. Things didn’t go as planned. Was in need to pick her back up on a Saturday when the business is actually closed. Was no problem at all. I was met up there after a very short period of time. These guys did great. I couldn’t have ever asked for a better experience

Absolutely Horrible!My dogs smell good is the only good thing I can say.I dropped them off before 8 in the morning & they were not ready until 4:30 in the afternoon.They scalped my dogs, the cut is choppy & uneven.And, WAY too expensive for this level of work! Over $60 for each dog! I could’ve done better myself.Will NOT be back!Very disappointed!

I love Lucky Puppy! My Lil Annie had the best shampoo, cut and overall grooming. I love the way they put lil bows in her hair and a bandana around her neck ... so cute. She looked like a different dog .. before >> after pics. Great service. Fast grooming... and I did not have to wait. ❤️🤗

This was the first time that my fur baby had went there. His hair was so choppy. None of his hair was even, he had a lopsided mohawk and his ears hasn't been touched. He looked like he had Kleenex boxes as ears and had a racing stripe down his back to his rearend. It looked liked my grandson had done it with a pair of his safety cut scissors. I thought that since they were so well known and been in business for so long, that they would be great. The gentleman had no idea what he was doing and even told me so when I came to pick up my baby. It was horrible and all I did was apologize to my sweet baby. Not like he really cared, but I did and do. Based off of my experience, I would never recommend Lucky Puppy to anyone! In fact, I would tell anyone who has a pet not to go there.

Would 100% recommend Lucky’s Puppy I was nervous and didn’t know how much to cut or anything. One of the employees helped me out (was very nice and patient) and gave me options and went with what sound best. Once I seen my puppy my goodness he looked so handsome and smelt fabulous.

Definitely had a bad experience the 2nd time I went. 1st time which was maybe a year ago was great. I went back, this time w/ my newest addition, & their nails weren’t clipped, which I had already paid to have them done. This was on a Friday. I called back the following weekday (Monday) to let them know what had happened - (I do not live in the area, so I initially DROVE to get the services done on my pups), & the only solution provided to me was to come back. I did explain that I did not live in the area, & that I work every day of the week. They’re closed on weekends. No other solution was offered to me, so I basically paid for that service & it wasn’t provided. That’s the only thing I can’t do for my pups. Everything else I could’ve done myself, so I wanted that taken care of over anything else. It should have been priority. Time to find a new groomer. -___-

We have a seven month old terrior and I was worried about her reaction to being groomed. Jordan arrived at our house on time and gave our puppy the complete care. Our puppy came back in the house so very happy and looking really good. Jordan did an excellent job. I would recommend this service to anyone. I am very pleased.

I don’t normally do this type of thing with writing reviews but today I dropped my dog off at 9a.m. And didn’t get him back until almost 4p.m. And he still smells but worse like they sprayed him with something that suspose to smell good but it made the smell completely worse! It basically smells like he didn’t even get a bath! I’m Wouldn’t Recommend!I paid $40 elsewhere and got great service he smelled great looked great I’m happy! Paid $50 for him at lucky puppy to come back smelling the same way he smelled when I dropped him off !

Now I don't know how their gooming is, but please if u are wanting to board your dog, ask for a tour. We were looking for a place to board our big dog and when we asked for a tour the owner seamed hesitant to let us look, but eventually he let us go tour. The area the dogs are kept is in a separate concrete building that is locked with a pad lock, the inside smells horrible and there were so many flies., like I'm not exaggerating when I say hundreds. They do not have anyone overnight to watch the dogs or let them out. The area the pet is supposed to stay is so small it wouldn't even be suitable for a chihuahua, and the "outdoor" area is just as small and it's also just pure concrete. I have never wanted to leave an establishment quicker. So if u are considering boarding here please ask for a tour

We get our border collie and daschaund cut/trimmed/shampooed here all the time and they do a great job. Boarding them both there this weekend and a have never had any issues. Keep in mind, if you get a summer cut, they cut it close. Our border collie loves it and it cuts back on the shedding. We love it.

They managed to make my STINKY dog smell wonderful, so there's the five stars right there. I have a little pomeranian/pekingese/probably-something-else mix and I usually just get his feet and sanitary areas cut. They did wonderful, and he looks a lot cleaner, and they trimmed his nails so I no longer get scratched from his excitement of me coming home. He came out smelling nicer and feeling fofter than PetSmart ever did for me so I will likely get him groomed there from now on. My dog also seemed to be just a little less anxious with the man who did it compared to the ladies at PetSmart, too.

Lucky puppy does a beautiful job with my maltose. They come to my house and my do, she does not like strangers, loves the girl who comes each time to groom. I also feel sending the same employee builds and keeps a bond, making the pets more comfortable.

my brother always takes his dog to lucky puppy when he comes down to visit and goes no where else to get him groomed. he took him today for grooming and when he brought him back home i seen how BADLY they messed up with the haircut. VERY VERY uneven and just terrible. i told him he seriously needed to go back and tell them to fix it. so disappointed because they always do an excellent job, i don’t understand what happened.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. We picked my Yorkie up after spending the holiday weekend here and she had somehow injured her leg. She limped for 5 days. They didn't give us her collar back, we had to go back and get it and they never could find the food that we left with her which leads me to believe they weren't feeding her either. But it gets worse, my poor dog contracted Kennel Cough during her stay and has been up struggling to breathe for 48 hours straight. This place needs to be shut down. Only giving them 1 star because I can't post without giving a rating, they don't even deserve the 1.

Worst cut my dog has ever had. I asked for a summer cut for a Golden Retriever and not only was she shaved to the skin, which has never been done anywhere else, they shaved her ears, inside and out, and her head. The cut was also extremely uneven. To top it off, the price was 50% higher than I have ever paid anywhere.

My poor Maybelline had to have her leg amputated which obviously ment no baths for a couple weeks. Lucky puppy had her looking and smelling terrific. A week later she still smells so fresh.

Best place to take your dog for grooming. My large Black and Tan Hound is a nightmare for trimming nails, but the staff was friendly and even gave me pointers on how to make my dog feel more comfortable.

While I trusted lucky puppy for 3yrs now but the last time I took him he had. A large gap that cut into his little rib. He still has it and that's why I am trying to get them to see that our dogs are our family and if they hurt we hurt. I will never take my dog there ever again because I care about the treatment of my poor baby who got the worst treatment he has ever had

I live 20 miles plus and have called to set up appointments.I tip very good and they still want me to wait 3 and 4 hours.The cost of her haircut 47.00,I give a 100.00 a 53.00 dollar tip.I can't come back home and then go back to pick her up 80 plus miles round trip.I am taking her somewhere else maybe I can get someone who appreciates the extra tip.
