Helen is a excellent groomer. She is a sweet senior lady who has been grooming for years. She did the best professional cut I have gotten on my two Schnauzers here in Lufkin, being new to the area. Her shop is rustic but don't judge a book by its cover. I highly recommend her. Best to call the other number on her recording.

Helen did an amazing job! I am new to the area and have 3 Toy Poodles and a Mini Schnauzer that were badly in need of a groom. I called two other groomers in the area and they were unable to fit me in and I was going to have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I saw Helen's on this site and gave her a call. She was very sweet and told me she would take them today if I did not mind picking them up at 6pm as she is the only groomer. Well let me tell you that she did a beautiful job on all of my babies and even my 10 year old Schnauzer who is always stressed post grooming walked out of the shop smiling! No post groom sulking or anxiety after the groom as sometimes happens with new groomers either. She also did a beautiful job on all of them. Best job on the nails and ear hair I have had ever and with not one nick or shaved too close area. Price was very reasonable!

I took my shihtzu and my Pomeranian to Helen today for the very first time. She was amazing! She was very patient and understanding. GREAT prices! My shihtzu was pretty matted but somehow she made him look amazing with an even cut! Also, my dogs were happy with wagging tails when we picked them up. Normally they are very scared of the groomer. This shows me that she is very kind and gentle with the dogs which is very important to me! I will be using her from now on! Thank you Helen!

Helen as always groomed my pets. (my babies). She is very reasonably priced and very flexible. She has such a love for pets and loves them as if they were her own. I feel they are very safe and loved by her. She is forward and keeps me in line with mine. (lol).

She was a wonderful groomer for my dog wiggin back between 2002 2006 then i moved to Houston the groomers here are ok but nothing compares to Helen's i miss her so much
