I have gone into this store twice this week. Both times there has been a woman (she says her name is Felicia) but she is very rude. She talks to others on her AirPods while working. She had to pop open a drink for herself when we got to the counter today. She will not pick up your items to scan them unless you push them across the counter to her side. She will tell you to push them over to her out of respect for her! She just told my husband to show her respect or to get out of “her” store! We left without buying our stuff. She then came out the door hollering for us to go so she could get my license plate number!! This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed!

Horrible experience . Southwood location could hire better Managment that knows how to apologize when their wrong. Felicia failed to provide great Customer Service. Definitely looking to reach out to Corprate soon.

Nicely organized store but not stocked very well I am complaining about the isle after isle of items not priced. Sometimes, (looking guilty) stores do this on purpose because customers don't like to even slightly look disgruntled, it's cheap right? Wrong, it's your right, their responsibility; And the cashier was far from friendly. He seemed more like he was put out with us being there. So, not bad, but BAD;

Dollar Generals are pretty much standard no matter which location you visit. However the biggest issue I have noticed is that they are in no hurry to restock their shelves when out of items. Even when stock has come in, I have literally seen it just sitting there in the aisles for several days straight, not being put on the shelves.

Great products. Clover Valley. That is one of my favorite reasons why I go there. Always friendly workers. Under paid. AN still try there best to respondent a good store. My vote is 5star.

They have almost everything that Walmart has except for the long lines and wait. Only drawback is you think you're paying the same price for any given item that you would at Walmart but then you realize all the packages are smaller so you pay the same for a little bit love but the convenience is worth it

It didn't have everything I usually buy there ! However, I'm sure it will be in stock next visit!!! Cashier was very conciterat of baggy my purchases. Store cleanliness was not good. Short staffed as usual

I purchased 5 items and 4 rang up for more the it was priced. Many items had no prices on them so you don't know if you want it or not. Not a good experience at all. Probably won't go back there unless I'm desperate but I'd have to be pretty desperate. I would have given it negative stars if I could but 1 is the lowest

Dollar General is a great place to shop especially when you use their app. You can save a lot more than at Brookshire Brothers or Walmart just by using the app!

This store is my OG I can buy most of the things I need on a daily basis real quick and not expensive at all! Not to mention they have all ALL of my favorite chips.

On US 69 is an excellent store to find the item that you may have forgotten when you bought groceries but don't want to fight traffic going to town.

This place is great when you have a necessity item but don't want to deal with a huge store. I can be in and out in as little as 3 minutes

They take forever to restock products when they run out or it's not continued.. the #1 in point blank is packed with Iles of stock just sitting ...
