We were in the area to purchase something from another business and while we were waiting for the person to show up, we went in to check the place out and to buy something for my new puppy because I love to support local businesses. I feel like the guy behind the counter thought we didn't belong there - he didn't greet us when we came in and answered very rudely when my fiance asked about a restroom. It's fine with us if you don't have a restroom for customers, but use some tact and think about the fact that you want people to spend their hard earned dollars in your store! I get we weren't dressed to the nines and your prices are high, but that doesn't mean we can't afford anything in your store! I wasn't even finished looking and decided it was time to leave after that. Good luck.

Heard about this place from a friend and I'm glad I stopped to check it out. Excellent and knowledgeable service. Ended up purchasing a harness, a collar, treats, and ear wash. Definitely will be going back.

Bad customer service practices. Dog toy broke after 5 min of my dog playing with it. The mgr ,also owners son, sd not their problem. Left msg for owner, never returned call. No more shopping at small mom and pop businesses for us. We'll just give our money to the big companies, where at least they treat you like they want your money!

Went in thinking it was more about the working dog breeds but it's more along the line of a nutritional stor for your dogs. Got some recommendations to put some weight on a dog and the owner knows his stuff. 5 days of a dog food only sold there and a supplement has put 3 pounds to my dog. Can't wait til my next visit and hopefully can take my pixy to show how good she looks.

I went in the store not expecting much and it doubled my expectations. Great ownership, great knowledge, and great inventory. The store was full of stuff that would accommodate needs for various dogs.
