We love this place! It was our first time in but it won’t be our last. I have to praise the staff first, they are absolutely so sweet and helpful and made us feel so welcome. They gave our girl lots of treats to snack on while we picked out things. They have a great selection of various items. All my questions were answered and we are so happy with the things we bought! Pixie can’t wait to go back!!

My pup and I LOVE Urban Pet! I got her a cookie for her birthday and she devoured it. Not only do they have great products, the staff is also welcoming and knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone who wants quality snacks and food for their pets.

We love Urban Pet! We get their Truvida dog food which is made locally by a Texas Tech grad. It’s helped my 11 year old dog stay super healthy. The staff is also friendly and helpful and their merchandise is great quality!

Absolutely love this new pet boutique. Ashley was awesome in helping me choose the right sizes for my little CoCo. She even custom ordered a beautiful rhinestone collar for her. This store has really quality sweaters, pj's, collars, leashes, dog food, treats & so much more!!! Thank you Ashley for bringing this to Lubbock. I can't wait to go back & see what's new!!!

My dog Pepper loved going here! Everyone was so sweet and they helped us pick out some new chews and a puzzle toy for Pepper. The store has great high quality dog toys and treats that are healthy for your pet. Highlight of our day.

So happy I was recommended this place from a friend and I finally went. Customer service at its finest. And very informational and educational about my pet’s diet and nutrition. Not to mention all the cool pet swag and gear that make my Fido feel like a Kardashian.I am now a regular and love walking in to such a friendly atmosphere. A must visit!!

Wow! This store is amazing!! The workers are so kind and really know their stuff! I’m so happy I found this cute store and so are my dogs! They have the best products from nutritious food to sweaters for every type of dog!
