Our entire dissatisfaction came attempting to contact this store to simply ask a question regarding the delivery and date of future products. One sales associate that answered the phone refused to answer any question we had only saying “we are closed” then HANGING UP!!! This happened, not an exaggeration, over a dozen times. After the second hang up we requested to speak to the manager. She refused saying the manager was busy, we said we would hold, and we were hung up on again. This occurred 12-13 times. Answer, hang up without a word. No manager ever came. I will never spend another dime in the tractor supply store and if I don’t receive a call from someone with an apology I will never shop in another tractor supply store!

I’ve bought 3 flock party chicken waters for $40 each and they all break within 3 months after putting them in use. Absolute trash. Don’t recommend buying anything “flock party” from TSC. It’s all trash and a waste of $$$ over and over again.

I needed to have my propane tank refilled and was referred by a friend to go to TSC. When I arrived, not knowing where to go to ask about it, I went to the front cashier and asked. She was very nice and helpful by calling another employee that they are needed at the propane tank filling area. The cashier then told me to drive towards the end if the building and an employee will meet me there. I brought the tank up to the filling station and the employee was polite and did the job quickly and efficiently. The employee even offered to carry the tank back to my car and put it inside the trunk of my car. Great customer service.

I made an online ship to store purchase. I received three emails detailing my order, order status and another email letting me know my order had arrived at the store. Was able to pick up my order without any problems. All employees I had contact with her friendly and helpful. A+

I went to Tractor Supply on 82nd St to buy cat food. I found an awesome deal on it for a 36lb bag for only $6.99. Got to the register and it rang up at $15.99. The cashier called someone for a price check. I met them at the end cap area where it was located and was told that, even though the sign clearly stated Paws & Claws $6.99, that the actual price was $19.99. The employee showed me the back of the hanging sign which also said Paws & Claws, where it actually said $12.99. At this point, I was thoroughly confused and asked if people were expected to know which item is what price with the way they have things marked. The guy said "That's how we've ALWAYS done it!", in a tone and volume that my husband heard at the register. I then informed him that I don't ALWAYS shop there. This guy did offer to "let" me have it for $12.99.I bit my tongue and left the store.If this is how this store treats their customers, I don't see how they are still in business.

I always love Tractor Supply especially since I have horses. They have great feeds and supplies for any farm animals and stuff to make any kind of fence with. I went there to buy a few lengths of chain and a length of rope. They sell it by the foot. The service is always great. They never disappoint and it's the same great store in any state you live in. I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍

The employees know me and we joke around. Most the time wonderful customer service and they load out my dog food purchases. Only 2 places in Lubbock carry our preferred dog food. Tractor supply has best price if but in store but not online. Lots of great other products too!

Cheerful help and check out. Having shopped here before, I found exactly what I wanted. There were some reduced items that were related to my visit. I was glad to be able to get them. There were some baby chicks and ducks which enhance the flavor of the visit.

I love my Tractor Supply! Wonderful store, wonderful people!This review however, is to encourage them to have someone maintain the dog wash better. I was there this morning, and the sprayer hose kept kinking where it attaches to the sprayer, stopping the water. And there were only two bottles of shampoo, both so low that the pump would not work. I took the top off and poured it on my dog.Anyway, since there is a charge for the dog wash, someone needs to be sure all the fixtures are in working order, and stocked with shampoo, etc.

Love the ol fashion feed store smell. While it's not as strong as the old timers store, as long as it holds on to good ol fashion customer service, I will continue to give it a4 star rating. Good job guys

Poor customer service. Everyone I spoke with seemed utterly annoyed.Asked for help with a product. I was directed to go wait in line to pay and they would I have the barcode upfront for me to pay. Got to the register and there was no barcode waiting. The guy at the register didn’t know what I was talking about. Asked me to describe who I spoke with and I did. He was annoyed because he said that sounded like 3 people who work here. I left empty handed.

Really nice people, and as helpful as they can be. But this location is understaffed. Wait times are terribly high for almost everything - checking out, asking questions, or returning items. The folks currently working there are great! They just need more help, it seems.

Nice store. Good selections of stuff. However, I have run into some issues where staff aren't knowledgeable in the items they sell but will tell you otherwise. Which leads to being told incorrect information.

I went in they had what I wanted, I got it I paid for it. But first I called them ask if they had it in stock, they said yes told me the prices. I went in that same day, and sure enough they had what I needed at the price I could afford. The cashier was very very nice. So I was very happy with Tractor supply.

Tractor Supply has some great things in there they've got Lawn Equipment dog food cat food you can also get animal vaccinations there they have dog kennels and crates shampoos harnesses pretty much anything you need they have there and they're not overly expensive and it's great for people with farm animals like horses pigs chickens

Customer service leaves something to be desired at this location. You're lucky if they have more than one register open at any given time, and they are typically busy enough to have at least have 2 cashier's on staff. I get not having two at the registers at all times, but have one that floats and helps keep the lines from getting ridiculously long and moving slow.

Spent $160, with 10 bags of feed plus misc.Wasnt6 feeling well and back is hurting. I asked for help loading, no one showed up.I manage to get it loaded. Went back in and told them not to bother helping I got it also let them know the feed supply two blocks down always load it all. I will be going there a lot more. I spend 200 to 250 a month on feed.i don't ask for help very often, this time I needed it and now my back is out. Thanks

Great place to find LOTS of different items for the yard, animals, indoors, outdoors, clothing. We bought a toolbox for my husbands truck and the sales associate was extremely helpful, also bought their warranty they offer which was priced extremely well and seems to fix anything that would ever go wrong on a toolbox.

I’ve been buying dog food from Tractor Supply for a long time. I do get aggravated when 3/4 of the food is in the BACK. Would be MUCH easier if they’d keep the shelves stocked and the CORRECT prices along with the CORRECT bag!!!! 🙄🙄

I don't have any tractors, but this place has so many things! My whole family love TSC. We get pet food and supplies here. The staff is always helpful and genuine.
