On February 9th they came out to the house and said they would have an estimated for a new aquarium in a few days. I have texted and called for weeks, but have not heard from anyone. This supposed business does not have the decency to say they're not interested even though this is supposedly what they do for a living. They probably did me a favor by not taking my money. Absolutely would not recommend this business, plus with this kind of customer service they won't be in business much longer.

**UPDATED** Initially gave The Fish Bowl 3 stars for the reasons mentioned below. Changing to 1 star. This company is entirely ran by amateurs. I knew that they were not reliable, so I checked their business hours online again, says they open at 10 am on Saturday. I waited until 10:20 to head up there. Guess, not open. Door locked. Figure out how to do business properly or close your doors! Not very reliable. When The Fish Bowl opened, they had a great selection of nearly everything. Doesn’t seem like they reorder materials. Every time I go in there I get accosted by dogs jumping on me while shopping. Their hours are terrible and inconsistent. I’ve taken time to go over there during their business hours and the doors are locked and no one is around. Highly frustrating when their hours are already strange. Takes their team forever to check me out sometimes, cause they can’t find part numbers. They do carry items that no one else in town carries, but it’s hit or miss on availability or when they will get another shipment.

Preston helped me get what I needed and gave me some good pointers. I consider my self a good beta owner but I’m trying to be a great Beta owner and he got me everything I needed and even let me borrow a jug to get some di/ro water home. And the guard dog Fiona was the sweetest will be back.

Nice store, I like the setup. Has alot of room to grow. Give them a visit you might find something you like I found a green phantom pleco!

Me and my daughter are new to reefing. The fish bowl took care of us this weekend! Prices were fair, and they gave us useful advice. Great selection of literally every thing you need for this hobby. Highly recommend.

Saltwater/reef focus. Good prices, a decent amount of frags. Got a few starter acropora frags for $10-$20 each. Acros doing well and healthy a month after.

I had a great experience at the fishbowl. I came in to get ghost shrimp for my figure 8 puffer and they were out but he gave me many different option of food and told me when they would have more shrimp in. My friend and I were looking at the porcupine puffer and he cleaned the glass off so we could see him better and asked if we wanted to see him eat a fish. Very nice place and a very kind guy.
