The only one in Lubbock! Great selections too! You will not spend most of your time knowing what you really want as everything in there is laid out in your eyes as far as a scanner can see.

This place is huge and it has a lot to choose from. It is in a good area too! There are lots of things for kids to do, if you bring the 💰💰I would also like to say that compared to many of the Businesses I’ve been to in Lubbock, this mall is exceptionally clean👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Walking 🚶 🚶‍♀️the mall gives you lots of exercise for sure!!It is on all other parts just another mall, so I find it hard to review more.

Went to boot barn to get some new work boots, I found the boot barn on the map they have in the mall to direct people, long story short I staggered around that mall for close to an hour looking for the entrance to boot barn to find out you can't get there from inside the mall it's connected but you got to go outside for them to let you in. One hour and 200 dollars later I found my way home

One of well organized malls at lubbock. H&M, Jcpenny and some others brands have showroom here. Mostly populated for clothings and kids toys.

Cool place. Only thing is they need more seating In-between stores for customers. For example when my elderly folks go they have hard time finding resting areas.

Walking in we could smell the Chinese food and had to see where it was coming from. On our way out we had to stop by. The food was great and the service was fast and reasonably priced at about less than 20 bucks for 2 meals with egg rolls.

TEAR IT DOWN and rebuild. South plains mall has been putting lipstick on a pig for the last 20 years. The mall is outdated it's running off businesses with their 13k a month rent for just a food inlet, (referring to the Greek kitchen and assuming others based off that price point l, and honestly I don't even know how the vendors can afford to stay open because their is no attraction to go to this mall.

I grew up in Lubbock and went to the mall all the time as a kid in the 80's. The mall has changed over the years. The decor is better. We still wind up going almost any time we go to Lubbock.

I've been going to the mall since I was a kid and it's changed so much over the years, but when you want to get gifts or go shopping it's one of the best places in Lubbock to go.

The WiFi is bad it 'feels' like, once you connect to the mall wifi, you're connecting straight to facebook or your bank or whatever, but the truth is the mall wifi router is still in the middle listening to (and relaying) everything. If you trust a multi million dollar company not to listen in on that traffic and use it, you're doing it wrong. Your browser is also passing a TON of data to any Web page you connect to (and to the mall router) and all they have to do is ask for it.Even if that sounds far fetched, though it shouldn't, the are lots of other ways for bad guys (who definitely will listen in on that traffic and use it) to set up 'fake' access points so you only think you're connected to the mall. You log into your bank and think nothing of it until weeks, months later when your account is emptied.That's only two reasons, described in very broad terms. There are, without exaggeration, maybe a hundred ways to exploit public wifi. Including this mall be safe

Movie theatre was comfortable and everything was clean. Bathrooms were kept up. Everything was available and fresh.

Pretty cool place. Decent selection of shops, the food court is also pretty solid. Sometimes, it can get to be a little ghetto. I’d say it’s adequate for Lubbock, is a good way of describing it. It’s cool that there’s a cinema attached to it.

This place needs to turn back into a shopping center and not a circus.There is literally a circus in the parking lot and yet parents drop their kids at the food court just to act a fool.These kids have zero respect and needs to be removed from this facility.

I am a Google Local Guide and Today I was helping to add pictures and put the mapmarker in the right place but office Manager told me to leave de place because I do not have Google contract to have permission to help. Probably I am sooooo dangerous for South Plains Mall when I take pictures to help other people. I do not understand. TERRIBLE MANAGER

I have visited several malls, and while I believe there are malls that surpass the South Plains Mall, I think it is adequate for Lubbock. The mall offers a decent selection of national and international brands for food, clothing, and technology, which caters to a variety of preferences. One notable feature inside the mall is a carousel, providing entertainment for children and those who enjoy a playful atmosphere. Additionally, there is a premiere movie theater, adding to the overall experience. Perhaps in the coming years, there could be some changes or improvements made to enhance the mall further. One notable aspect is that the parking lots are quite spacious, which is convenient for visitors. I encourage you to explore and see for yourself!

At the thirsty turtle coffee co. They have fast and courteous customer service, good coffee, and really comfortable chairs. The barista knew the menu and suggested a coffee i really enjoyed. The atmosphere was quiet and unobtrusive. I loved it here.

Lubbock mall is awful. They need to tear it down and Start over and maybe bring the Britany back! Lubbock is big enough for a decent 2-story building.

Connect Four in kids area is a very bad idea.Kids are constantly fighting over the rings for the game .They are all over the place and being thrown everywhere.
