My mother always takes her dog to Resa's and reccomend them to me - boy does mama know best! We brought our corgi mix named Jake today as a walk-in and the person at the front desk was extremely friendly and left us feeling like he was in good hands. When we got him back, he had never looked better! Not to mention he smelled and felt amazing! We will definitely be coming back to Resa's for all our grooming needs, thank you!!

Resa and staff have always taken care of my fur babies for many years. Chef who we adopted 9 years ago always gets excited on Saturdays and runs to the car hoping he can go to Resa's. Our adopted Yorkie mix gets her bangs in pink and always has the very best bows. We all think so highly of Resa and her crew.

This place sucks owner is mean and hateful kick me out because I don’t have two phone numbers. Why does a single person need two phone numbers how stupidSome people in this world don’t have no one else in their life’s and this mean and hateful owner has no sympathy for elderly people it appears. And again hateful owner I have no other phone number to give you and thank god other businesses don’t have owners that yell at you and run you out. She is the worst individual that I have meet here in Lubbock in the two years that I have lived here. Oh sorry that my wife die and I don’t have a second phone.

This was our first time at Resa's. I was very anxious because the last Groomer's we used didn't do what we asked. But Shannon did such a fabulous job! They did everything down to the letter that I asked! If your looking for a top notch groomer at a top notch facility. Resa's is your place!!! They treat your fur baby like family and they will leave feeling and looking like royalty!

My parents have been taking their babies to Resa and her team for years. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. They take really good care of the babies. The only time that the dogs have gone home looking less than perfect is when we neglected to take them to Resa before they were matted and tangled. But the staff have always done their best with them. One of the puppies has really bad anxiety about going anywhere, but when he figures out he's at Resa's he calms down. I recommend Resa to everyone I know needing grooming.

We just moved into the area and we’re looking for a groomer and Resa’s K-9 salon was awesome. The team was fantastic and did such a great job on both of my dogs. They were also able to get me in super quickly and were very fairly priced. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone looking for a groomer.

My elder dog loves to be groomed here. I love that there is no appointment needed and they have the ASAP option for additional cost (my small dog was done in 40 minutes). Staff is always friendly and they remember your dog

My sheltie's undercoat had gotten way way out of control. The ladies at Resa's brushed an entire dog off him! He looks excellent and isn't shedding nearly so badly. It was his first time ever to a groomer. He felt traumatized, 🤣 they are all super sweet dog loving people at Resas!

I went to Resa's because they advertised walk-ins. They told me it would be all day but that they could put my dog in immediately for an extra 25.00. Because we were passing through Texas I went ahead and did it. He needed shampooed and clipped and nails trimmed. Theyasked what cut I wanted for my Bichon and first off, they didn't know what kind of dog he was. Then I told them I wanted a lamb cut and they didn't know what that was. They were very friendly and I feel they treated my dog well but 81.00 later I walked out with him and will never go back if I'm in this area again.

Resa's is amazing! They have fantastic and friendly staff that care for your furr baby just as much as you. They always do a superb job with my husky/retriever mix, as she has very difficult fur to work with. I have sent my pupper to 2 other salons in Lubbock, and Resa's is by far the best I've seen.

I've been bringing my Shih-Tzu Charlie to Resa and her staff since he joined the family almost ten years ago and he has always received the best care and attention. He won't let me come near him with a brush but I think he actually likes coming to Resa's for a visit. Resa herself is a treasure. You can feel good about bringing your dog to her.
