I have taken my dog there 3times. The first time they did an ok job. The second time I had to call and ask to take my dog back another day because he didn't even look like he got brushed. Honestly I couldn't believe it. We did the deshedding treatment. Idk of they didn't leave it long enough or what. Idk how the shampoo works but it was obvious they didn't take the time to brush him correctly.He is an Alaskan malamute have siberian. He is long haired and fluffy. This last time I was even more unhappy with the results. It's shedding time his undercoat is litteraly falling out in chunks. Once again I asked for the deshedding treatment and for them to blow the uncoat out and a good brush. They didn't or if they did I couldn't tell. They cut his nails pretty messed up and He whines when I grab his paw. His legs super crusty. His belly too.I pay good money to get this done. Even when the lady said they'd have to charge me extra for the extra time I was fine with it as long as they got it done. Because the undercoat really needs help falling.. I took him to heavenly paws the next day because I didn't want to seem like a Karen complaining Everytime. And the lady was kinda rude. $90 down the drain. They don't know how to groom fluffy long hair dogs I guess. The other dogs there looked real good.but My poor baby didn't and his paw hurts 😔
