My cat tent had a rip in it already just purchased by the way . Which sucked! The cashier was super rude and was nice to the lady in front of us and behind us but not us. The groomers and grooming staff were super helpful and nice. Otherwise the experience wasn't pleasant

I took my Aussie in for a trim. They called and said he was matted up and that he needed to be trimmed shorter than normal. The matting was not very bad so I didn’t think anything of it. When I picked him up they SHAVED him. And also did a total hack job on it. They made me pay for it before I ever saw him and they charged me 140 dollars for this!

8-3-21 update:Decided to give the store another opportunity, mistake. I only go to petsmart for fish and for supplies but the tanks are filthy disgusting with no regards to what customers see as far as the cleanliness of the tanks. Definitely bad on the management side for not keeping the tanks at least decent but black mold and dead fish everywhere. Definitely do not buy anything from here.Went in to buy some fish, and considering it is the newest of the two stores in town, it was disgusting. Now this is speaking from the fish side only since that's only where we went to, but the water in the tanks was disgusting. Almost every tank had a dead fish and when we finally found the fish we wanted they turn the lights off without letting us finish. Mind you it was 7pm which is when they close but at the other store on slide they continued to help us with what we needed until we were done. Just something to keep in mind.

Took my cat to be groomed and they only did half of her because “that’s all the cat would allow” that’s fine if that’s how she was but they sure charged the FULL amount for a half done job that didn’t even include her getting a bath and “pampered”. Definitely would not take any pet back here to Katie. Not only that the email said it would be 2-3 hours for the appointment so we based our schedule off of that and when they were done within the hour they were upset that we left the her and didn’t come back straight away. Not worth the money at all.

I took my dog Peanut Bean a corgi Mix I was pretty nervous leaving my baby I even cried lol but the lady that took her Celia was super nice and friendly my dog absolutely loved her I called like 4 times and they were so happy to continue to give me updates and all so sweet when I picked peanut up she looked so amazing I was in awww seeing my baby if I could give more stars I would and would recommend 100 percent Celia did amazing all the way around super creative a perfectionist Patient and very friendly and the staff over all was very friendly

If you love your fur baby Do Not bring them here for grooming!! I’m so heartbroken theses people shaved my mini Pomeranian all the way to the top of the head. He’s gotten the lion cut all his four years of life, the so called groomer cut the whole Maine off, shaved everything except his head. They said to my husband, “it’s just hair it will grow back,” . If you own a Pom. And are a groomer you should know that once their hair gets shaved it does not grow back the same. Get this they still made us pay the discount price of 20$. I paid to get my heart broke… Don’t GO HERE!!!!!!!

Very helpful trainers and staff. They helped find a harness & leash capable of controlling my pit puppy, and they identified the age and breed of our new addition. When our dog couldn't keep down food and was losing weight, they found a type of food for sensitive stomachs which included extra protein to bring her back to a healthy weight. Thanks PetSmart.

We have our canine family member in training at Marsha Sharp location & have no complaints! Shyenne is great with our little Ruby and I can't say enough good thing's about her ability and professionalism. Petsmart is blessed to have her! My only negatives are no fault of our local employees. There are big shortages or major delays in some of the foods/products that we use loyally. Also, the website constantly gives me issues when I'm turning in online orders, which is quite often. Again, no fault of the local employees! I appreciate their curbside pick up and the fact that they will match their online price when you can show them that it's cheaper.

We were just visiting and left with a new pet. The staff thete let us hold a guinea pig. They told us how they needed to be loved and cared for and what kind of pet they would be and all the things they would need. Very informative.

The employees here are great. They are always helpful when I have questions and easily recommend products based off my requests. They have even worked with me on coupons before when there was difficulty getting them to work correctly. (This is NOT a guarantee they will always do this. I'd say about 8 out of 10 times they have worked with me when a coupon doesn't work. And that is rare in itself.) You can find just about anything you would need for a dog or cat. Other departments have the basics for the pet it caters to, so you might have to look elsewhere for specific items.

We made an appointment online to have our large dog groomed. It was an easy process. We arrived a little early, and they took us right in. He is an older dog, so it took a while. They gave him plenty of rest breaks and cared for his safety.We were early to pick him up, so we were able to witness some of the grooming and care he received. He couldn't've been in better care.We purchased add-ons for skin and hair conditioning, nails, and teeth. We'll be back.We've been back, several times. Service and Care of our fur baby is always excellent. ❤️

Took my baby to get his haircut for easter & THE WORST GROOMER ive yet to experience. Went in for puppy bath and full haircut because hes a maltpoo & iwanted him to be circled but she literally cut NOTHING off . Both sides of his face and head were uneven as well as his feet not even being cleaned up . Tried both petsmart and there bad . My Groomer was Dakota at this location .
