We were late 5 minutes because my baby had to use the bathroom and I didn't want him going inside of their building. When we got inside I was informed our appt was canceled. We were never informed it would be or that it was. The lady was not willing to help or offer any suggestions. After the service we were thinking abour taking obedience classes but wont be even looking into it after todays experience. Bad business

I’m sure we all know that Petsmart doesn’t take the best care of their animals but this fish tank with ALL dead fish was crazy. Multiple tanks in bad condition.

Store could use a minor face-lift. I primarily focus on feline and aquatic whenever shopping here. Aquatic section could use some help being that there's been two diseases outbreaks in the last year. Anytime I've purchased fish they don't seem to last very long with the exception of resilient goldfish.

Katie is amazing grooming with all of our animals. We began with 2 and now she does 4 of our dogs and treats them like they are hers. Our dogs love her and as soon as they see her they go right away and greet her! She is highly recommended!

We shopped today at petsmart for Christmas gifts for our dogs and the cashier was horrible. She did not have a name tag but she had long brown hair and was short. She was so unpleasant. I’m fully aware that holiday shopping can be hard on retail workers because I am a retail worker, however the last thing shoppers need is to go somewhere to shop and feel like the business does not want you there. I stopped shopping at petsmart awhile back due to being able to order from Chewies and after today I remembered why I did not want to return. She needs to be spoken to and advised that if she is not happy at this employment it is time to find new employment. Retail is suffering as it is, the last thing petsmart needs is unpleasant employees.

So tired everytime I get a fish from any petsmart they always have Ick and end up having to do ick treatment and water changes. I’m done with petsmart and their fish ya too much work for one damn fish. Ones my tank before putting 3 petsmart fish in there and the blue tank is ick tank with medication. Now begins the water changes and treatment and loss of fish. Very upset.

Neisha in the grooming dept has done an amazingly great job on "Bo" my beloved Yorkshire Terrier. He came home smelling good, feeling good, and looking great. If it was possible I'd have Neisha cut my hair and trim my beard too. Neisha was also polite and helpful and even called so we could come early when there was a cancellation. Thank you Neisha!

1 cashier for 12 customers in line @1:00 pm. UGH. Opt for online order with curbside pickup or DoorDash delivery instead.10/2023 Update:Much better in-stock since COVID. Still way understaffed...1 cashier for 9 customers waiting to check out. Common occurrence at this location. Need to hire more employees, schedule more staff, and/or install self-check stations.

My dogs fav store to pee in! They also have a pretty wide selection of chew toys, and treats. They even carry a variety of foods for my fish. Seeing as how a couple of them are vegan ,🙄, it can sometimes be a challenge to find them something to eat, but PetSmarts got them covered.

I don't know how it made it this long without learning that Pet Smart discriminates against bully breeds or any dog that even resembles an Amstaff. I can't take my 5 month old American Staffordshire puppy to a puppy play date or any other doggy day care activities because she would obviously kill all of the employees and other puppies. Breed-specific legislation and rules are just ignorance. I expect more from a company like Pet Smart.

Lots of registers, nobody to run them. A 5 minute trip always manages to turn into half an hour standing in line. The one girl running the register was awesome, though. If not for her it'd be one less star.

THE WORST GROOMING PLACE . The "Manager" TRENT left my maltipoo with knots ? Isnt that why dogs get groomed . Its been 2 weeks & it looks like he hasnt been groomed in 2 momths . By far the WORST dog groomer in lubbock tx . If you care & love your dog as well as their coat . DO NOT GO HERE . TRENT is the worst. I NEVER leave reviews hut i refuse to let anyone take them to him without knowing the consequences.

I went to checkout, put in my phone number and was prompted to pay immediately. I’ve shopped here for years multiple times a month and they ALWAYS ask if i want to use my points before they move onto the payment screen. i intentionally save them for the time i have to buy full bag of dog food. after ringing up my items, he moved on without asking to the payment screen and when i go to ask the cashier if i can use my points, he said i mean there is a long line so it’s not the best time to do that. i don’t understand why the length of the line has anything to do with letting me use my points.. he then acted like i was such an inconvenience for asking to use my points which again i saved specifically for this type of larger transaction by repeating that since it was busy i shouldn’t ask to use redeem my points. if i didn’t use petsmart brand dog food, i’d definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Our mixed breed Avocado Jane was in need of a good bath, fur trim and her nails done. They did a fantastic job. Price was a bit higher than what was expected. But she looks incredible!

Love the offerings and service here. Prices can be a bit high, but keep a lookout for their sales which make up for it. We also took advantage of their dog training which we thought was great!! We have signed up for the next class and are looking forward to it.
