They are so helpful. This is my first dog I've had almost a year in a very long time. I had almost forgotten how to take care of a puppy they brought all the things back to my memory that I needed. Free nail clippings on special Saturdays. And they teach me how to keep my dog healthy and fit right. I love the discount dog washes five for a certain amount of dollars awesome...

Great selection, friendly staffPet Supplies Plus on 34th and slide has consistently been my go-to for pet needs. They carry a fantastic array of food, treats, toys, and supplies for dogs, cats, and smaller pets too. I always find what I need, plus some fun extras! The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, always happy to offer a treat to my pup. Highly recommend this spot!

I have always been a loyal customer to Pets Plus but I recently visited this location and I have to say it was one of the cleanest stores and had very friendly staff. There was one individual name Victor that helped me look for the items I was needing for my dog and he recommended great choices for my dog, which my dog loved by the way, he was very generous to help me carry my bag of dog food to my car. As well as the sweet older cashier lady, she was super sweet. I will definitely be back due to those two employees showing a great customer service experience and I would definitely be shopping here from now on. You have a loyal customer now thank you. If I could rate 10 stars on those two employees I would.

My daughter was one of the best workers there at the store. She had been working there since before it opened, she LOVED HER JOB. She decided to leave because her MANAGER JIMMY TOLD HER SHE WASN'T GOING TO AMOUNT TO ANYTHING IN LIFE. Mind you that she worked her butt off for this company and put in to be in management. She found out that they gave the position to another co-worker, because she was FAMILY TO ONE OF THE MANAGERS. SHE ALWAYS HELPED OTHERS DO THEIR JOBS THAT WAY THEY WOULD FINISH ON TIME.This store is going to lose alot of NEIGHBORS, AND WE WILL NO LONGER BE COMING TO ANY PET SUPPLIES STORES IN LUBBOCK!!SHAME ON YOU JIMMY!!!

The most awesome pet store I have ever been to. So many associates asked if we needed help. It was so refreshing and the variety of items was insanely better than PetSmart. We had a blast and so did Bailey my Service Animal. The Service Dog in Training, Aponi enjoyed all the toys I purchased for her.

I have been hesitant to post this review because I don’t want this place to get any busier do too selfish reasoning. That being said, Alexis is the best hair groomer in all of Lubbock. The amount of care she takes for our pups and quality of work she does is outstanding. Jiji loves her!

Went into this store was greeted kindly. Staff was knowledgeable. The fish guy knew everything. He helped me get fish for my classroom set up. Walked me through all the steps. Prices are way lower than pet stores around town. Defined coming back here for my pets needs...

I had a wonderful experience! My grandparents' dog got his nails trimmed and filed. Normally, i take him to petsmart but they turned me away bc they were closing early. So i took him to Pets Supplies Plus, and the lady in the grooming salon was extremely nice, very patient, and gentle with him 10/10

Mandos favorite store! He gets to pick his favorite toys and yummy snacks if his tummy is upset! Super nice staff, and great coupons! Always cleans and friendly:) 10/10

They have an adult bearded dragon in a cage 10 times smaller than their meant for with a price of almost double what PetSmart charges. It's already difficult to get an adult adopted, the price makes it impossible. The poor guy was just hiding under the one and only rock in the cage, probably due to over basking. If the price was cheaper it might make it possible for the lizard to get adopted, as opposed to his current life of abuse. Some of the other lizards didn't even have enough energy to lift their heads or move, looking half dead. If they ever needed someone to help them evaluate the habitats of the reptiles, I would be more than happy to help. It is currently very unfair and abusive towards the animals.

Friendly employees ready to help you find what you’re looking for. The pup showers are always clean and have everything you need to shower your doggy… I skipped that today and used the grooming salon. Alexis did such an amazing job with my fur baby!!!! He has allergies that make his skin itchy and can cause flaky skin; she had him looking like a whole new doggy!! Soft shiny coat, smelled sooo good!!! Nails perfectly trimmed and filed! She also recommended products I can purchase to help him with his itchy flaky skin!! As a dog mom of a pampered pooch I appreciate that so much!!! I have never had such a great experience at any other salon here in Lubbock!! We will absolutely be back!!!

Beautiful store! The associates are very friendly and helpful. Alexis in the grooming department is the best! Our toy poodle really enjoyed his bath/haircut. We will definitely be back for future grooming visits! I highly recommend Pets Supplies Plus and Alexis in the grooming department. She will do her best taking care of your loving pets!

Pet supplies has a great layout of the store and is easy to move around. If you are looking for specific pet food, this place is the go-to. They also have a variety of treats for pets that are not chemically made and are safe for pets to eat. I usually look here first before going to any other pet supplies. They carry more specific supplies for all pets furry and non-furry. This place can be pricey, but for our fur-child I don't mind paying for a bit extra for their health and wellness.

The employees here are extremely helpful. When I walked in I almost immediately was able to hold a ferret, the white one was the sweetest little thing. I went in looking for toys that my pit wouldn't destroy within ten minutes and when I was done talking to one employee she had sent over Manny who has a pit himself and he recommended a few toys and some treats which my pit loves. I also saw the cats that are available for adoption and highly recommend checking them out. Great place to go and friendly staff.
