Wonderful people, excellent dog wash station! I arrived with my skunk-sprayed German Shepard 15 minutes before closing, and the staff not only let me stay to bathe my dog until well after they had closed, they even helped me do it! Definitely my new go-to pet store/groomer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The employees are always so friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in the door! Their prices are comparable and, most often, better than competitors' prices when using coupons sent to you when you sign up for their rewards program. I had also placed an order that I'd forgotten to pick up due to life getting in the way. I received a call from an employee informing me that I hadn't picked my order up. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the call! :)

I’ve been a loyal customer to this pet store for over a year, and their friendly and helpful staff never disappoint! One of the standout features for me is the self-service dog bath. They provide everything - from quality shampoos to conditioners tailored for your dog’s needs. Plus, the blower is fantastic; it dries my dog’s hair in no time. Truly a gem for pet owners!

First time using the self service dog wash, WOW!!! Thank you guys for the convenience and cheap price...$25 for 5 washes. Including towels, shampoos, blow dryer, and even a little treat for the pup. You guys are AWESOME, no more messes in the bathroom at our house! I highly recommend this place.

Large selection of everything pet related including pet showers and snacks like femurs,chicken and duck feet and much more. Our go to spot for our animals in town due to the consistency and smiling faces.

Kinda expensive,But the showers for dogs is so convenient the shower the dryer blow dryer and the shampoo and conditioners and even oatmeal shampoo and other kinds of shampoos and they clean up the mess afterwards so that's the deal

As soon as PetSupplies opened its doors, I went to go check it out. Needless to say, I haven't gone anywhere else since. The staff is wonderful, the pets are visibly well taken care of. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is because there isn't alot of selection in cat toy's. There is a great selection on food though! They also have many events, and great sales! Absolutely would recommend

Went there to get a colorful centerpiece fish for my aquarium. The staff was very knowledgeable and the fish all looked very ALIVE and healthy. A Betta fish was looking a little worse for ware and they brought it to the back in order to help it get back to health. Overall definitely worth 5 stars.

I had ordered online w/ shipping with the expected date for delivery automatically set for the next day. Totally cool and I was fine with that. Lo and behold, my cat's stuff was delivered not even 5 hours later! It seems like such a little thing, but I honestly really appreciated it!

I LOVE this local pet supply shop here on 82nd Street in Lubbock, Texas. Since welcoming my newest member of my family into my home, Willow Grace, I’ve shopped for her exclusively at Pet Supplies Plus of Lubbock. It’s a well designed store. It’s spotlessly clean.
