This store is one of my favorite Pandora stores I’ve been to! They keep the store so clean and and when you walk in, you’re just like “WOW.” They always have the prettiest displays, which appearance is EVERYTHING! Automatically when you walk in, someone immediately assist you and help you find what you are looking for! My personal experiences have been with Kaylee. She is the sweetest person and has always helped me get what I’m looking for! I will definitely continue to come to this location!

I'm sorry but since when can't we purchase a ring box for our pandora ring. And sorry but pandora service was unprofessional rude and snobby as well nasty by Cayla or whatever her name was. It and it's really sad that pandora stops cleaning jewelry until January 15th 23. What jewler does this. I find that ridiculous since 3 lady's had nothing going on in the store. Pandora management u can do better11

I always love coming into this store it always looks beautiful and everyone has always been very nice to me, Kaylee helped me pick out charms for a birthday gift and she was amazing and very patient while I went through charm after charm. I also love all of the little promotional events the store is putting on, such as the lion king themed one!

As soon as I walked in with my boyfriend they immediately blocked the door with a big sign which made us feel weird. Then I tried to asking two girls for help but they were just playing and laughing and called another girl to come help me even though they weren’t helping any customers. Then I got my charm and checked out and as soon as we left they moved the sign from the door and didn’t even move it back. Very unprofessional environment. My charm wasn’t available online so I had to go in store but that is the main reason I hate shopping is because people like the pandora employees.

I had a unprofessional experience at this store, my best friend and I had visited this store to primarily look for a bracelet for her charms. Keep in mind there where a total of four different employees in the store, and when I tried to get some help to learn bout the product I felt completely ignored, two where focused on convincing my friend to get a bracelet with out telling her what the bracelet was made of it the cost, another woman was doing something in the back while the last was flipping through one of their catalogs, and when I told my friend that I didn’t know my size in ring all that was said to me by one girl(the one flipping through the catalog) was “THEY can size you.” and still no one came to help me. That was my first experience in pandora and it was horrible, they do not care for their customers experience, or to provide help for their customers.

I bought a very pretty bracelet for a good friend of mine and got too big of a size. The manager, Connie was very helpful and friendly! She exchanged the bracelet for a perfect size. Beautiful jewelry and great customer service! Highly recommend!

My son's goal is to fill up my Pandora bracelet with Charms.. One of the charms he bought me was discolored but it was my first charm and I didn't know if it was supposed to be like that. The charm has faded out more and when I took it to the store they said it was damage from chemicals and there was nothing they could do about it. Well that can't be true because I don't use perfumes, I don't wear hairsprays, and I hardly wear any scents because I break out easily. I've had a James Avery bracelet a lifetime and it's still in perfect condition. So I told my son please don't buy me anything from Pandora anymore. I love the bracelet that he's already given me but we will stick to James Avery if he wants to buy me jewelry. At least I know they're jewelry and warranty is reliable and worth your money.

Update:I just want to start off by saying i spent money on something that doesnt have a warranty and the customer service experience was beyond what i expected the lady was automatically acting as if I was a complete bother from the very beginning. I felt like my business didnt matter and the service was horrible they pretty much sold me a product that breaks and then tell you that you are out of luck. If you like faulty products definitely do business with these guys. Ive tried contacting the email that i was given and unfortunately once again i have been unpleased with the service have not got any kind of response after about a week.

Was in less than a month ago and bought my mom a ring there. She wore it less than an hour and turned her finger green. I've been really busy to take her back to get it replaced and when I got the chance to they said they couldn't do anything about it. My family spends almost $5000 a year with pandora. The ring was fine and in great condition when I took it back. The manager wouldn't even come out to say anything to us on why they wouldn't take it. You guys have lost a big customer.

I personally did not have a good experience at this store specifically, the lady that was supposed to help me pick out rings was of no help at all she was just watching me like a hawk and when I would ask questions about the price she never knew and seemed super annoyed by my questions. When I went to go check out she told me that one of the rings was 55 instead of 45 which was super confusing because on the display it clearly said the price was not 55$, and their excuse for that was that the store was not updated or something dumb. I don’t know..the whole thing was so unprofessional. I would add more detail but bottom line is if you’re gonna work at a place where you constantly have to talk to customers..try to be more friendly! Talk and KNOW about what you’re selling. I think part of the reason why I walked out of the store without purchasing anything was because I had such a bad experience with the employees. Very disappointing.
