The store is now my favorite top place in Lubbock. It smells so good and the owner is so nice and welcoming. They have top quality food and treats. My dog had a lot of fun shopping there. Strongly recommend.

This is the only store that sell the the brand of dog food I get. The customer service is superb, the owner treats all customers like family! Highly recommend Merlin’s Pet store to anyone who is looking for quality service and products.

Stopped in as we were passing through Lubbock on our way back from vacation to get a few treats and toys for our dog sitters dogs and was very impressed with the customer service. Very sweet and helpful. The store had super cute items and I will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

The owner is extremely sweet and knowledgeable, I like being able to get my raw food reliably and know it's fresh. I bought a collar (she made) back in 2008 for a 6 month cat and now that Cat 14yrs and still sporting the same collar, which is still in excellent shape. Now that he is switched to the Steve's raw food from her store, that Cat is thriving. Now let's how many more years him and that collar are going to last.

quaint pet shop with an adorable purple neon sign above its doors! i’ve stopped in several times since the pandemic started to make sure i stimulate & spend money in the very same neighborhood i call home. plus it’s better than going to a chain like pets mart! we have bought their canned dog food, leashes and water bowl. plus discounts with phone number. support your local businesses people‼️
