I'm disappointed in the store management. I found the last hello kitty white make up bag and it was in the clearance section. It had black staining on the ears and on the front and I was trying to scrap it off with my nails but it wouldn't come off. I went to the register and asked the very sweet cashier if it was marked down since it was in the clearance and stained. The management refused and said it would have to be ripped in order to be marked down.I really think that's a little greedy since it was clearly stained and wasn't coming off. I wouldn't pay 16 dollars for a damaged make up bag .I'm assuming they thought it was me who did it. Just very disappointing.

This place is always busy. Lines move pretty quickly. Normally when we come. It’s pretty easy to maneuver but this time. There was so much clutter all over. You could not get around easy. We usually will shop in there for about an hour-2 hours. This time it was about 20 minutes

Cute stuff, but when you get down to it, most of everything they carry is significantly cheaper on Amazon. If you don’t want to do the work of putting things together and don’t mind paying extra then this will work for you! 3 stars for convenience.

Very cluttered and disorganized little Dusty, but I guess you can get some good stuff there if you're willing to Wade through all the junk piled here there and everywhere the shelves are chaotic. Customer service is good. I just wish they would do better to keep organized.

Cheaper clothes and housewares. It's like all the stuff that didn't sell at Target. So it's out of style and the selection is limited. And it's not all that cheap either. But it's right next to Cabela's which is nice.

Normally I love shopping here. But today I went to buy a cake stand with my friend. And our cashier Phillip….had some interest political conspiracies about the electoral college to share. Including that it’s “fucked” and “needs to be shot down dead like a dinosaur”. We were obviously not interested in the conversation but he kept pushing it on us when all we wanted was to be rung up so we could be on our way.

I generally love Marshalls. The problem lately has been how busy our local store is. Merchandise tends to be picked over and the check-out line can almost wrap around the store during the weekend. Please, we need another location in Lubbock.

I love going and looking for clothing items for my kids at Marshalls. But really I enjoy going for my boy. They typically have good prices on under armor, Nike, Converse and other boys brands. They have some good clothing items for girls as well but I have not had as much luck there. But I have enjoyed that for my boy. Home goods is also a nice store. I like to shop their cooking utensils and their food items. They also have lots of furniture items and storage items etc. Certainly a good store top in and see lots of lots.

I love this place! Great deals on the weirdest things you wouldn't expect to find. Their home decor area is pretty great and their pillow selection is brilliant! I find lots of gems in the clothing section too. My favorite buy today are the king sized Turkish flannel sheets we got for $39.99.
