Lubbock grooming has always done a good job. Some of their past help had told me some stories about them is why I stopped getting dogs groomed there. But I still take them for nail trims. My dogs are my children and I want them to be treated as such. My past experiences have been good and I am happy with Lubbock pet grooming. Just think they should research their employees better because that employee could've ruined them with her talk. Bur I myself have never been unhappy with their services.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I just picked my two shihtzus up with the WORST haircut I have ever seen. It’s down to the skin, their faces are choppy, and their paws are horrible. One of my dogs has BUMPS AND SCRATCHES in several different parts of his body. It is extremely concerning. I beg that nobody takes their dogs here. I’m going to have to take my dog to the vet because of all these marks. Scared for infection. I called in tears to voice my concerns and they refused to let me know who groomed them. They also said they did not notice any marks. How is this not noticeable?

Absolutely no clue how to cut a standard schnauzer. The picture I showed them and what I got wasn't close. It looked like Ray Charles cut the lines they were as crooked as can be. All 3 dogs in different places were cut so short it was all the way to the skin no fur at all. There is a picture of what I asked for and the sad reality of what I got. Each dog is pictured. I do not recommend this place at all.

Got my baby home and as I'm holding him and checking out his haircut he's snapping at me which he does not do when getting cuddles. He's only 4 months old, and I notice a cut on his paw and private area. I will NOT be taking him back 😤

They have alway cared well for Lucy and are careful in handling her needs due to pain/sensitivity from an old injury. Today was Lucy's first trip since her loss of vision. She came home happy, happy, happy!

Unfortunately I have to recind my previous positive review. We brought our Samoyed here with express instructions that she should only have her paws and a sanitary done for trimming. They trimmed her legs and belly significantly which is not at all good for a Samoyed. Our dog is also still limping over a week later. She has arthritis but we've never seen her limping this bad for this long.

First timers here, I needed her in quick to get cleaned up before her Spay on Monday and as usual time had gotten away from me. I called on Friday and they were able to fit her in. Luna is a nervous and very shy girl so I worried about her but to my surprise she was picked up and didn't have the usual shakes or the miserable and depressed look, that made Momma real happy. The cut is super cute. Thanks! for taking care of my Baby, we'll be back soon.

Lubbock Pet Groomers go above and beyond to accommodate our fur baby’s needs. They do an excellent job! They are always helpful, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend them for all of your pet grooming needs. Stewie always comes home happy with a new scarf.

They left my dogs outside w out water and now my female is going to the vet for heat exhaustion. They shrugged off and when I got home my male drank to complete bowls which isn’t normal when giving access to water. It’s hot as hell and it’s common knowledge to dog owner’s certain breeds over heat quickly but these chop shop, warehouse them and no true care or anything so it’s was my first and last experience. Value was common price for services.

Dragged my husky across the floor by the leash. She is a Senior dog and they didn’t even try to give her a chance to get up they just kept dragging her. When I arrived they were shaving a dog and doing it extremly roughly. Do not come here if you want your dog treated gently

My dog loves this place! *Disclaimer* My dog has severe separation anxiety issues, (like eat through doors severe) and the groomers here have always been great and accommodating to his needs. Mary is his regular groomer and there’s no one else in Lubbock that he will let shave his legs. She is so patient with him! All the ladies are sweet and helpful, the outside is a little rough but it’s what’s on the inside that counts! Been going here 6 years and taking our newest fur baby!

Just got my two babies groomed today. We have been using Lubbock Pet Grooming for over 2 years and they have always treated our babies with care and they come home smelling so good and looking great. They love to go here and get cleaned up. The prices are very reasonable and everyone there is nice and friendly. Misty is amazing and loves my babies. Will continue to use their services.

I’m so picky with dog grooming places. The first I went too, they cut my baby’s stomach up when he was a puppy. The second place, they gave him a rash from cutting his chest too short after a simple bath. But here? Oh my god. I love it. There was not a single scratch or rash on any of them. They are absolutely gorgeous. I will be visiting here more often now that I found my place in Lubbock for my dogs to love ❤️ I’ve noticed the shih tzu’s usually get the same hair cut but the lady who does poodle hair cuts is amazing! She even called and asked what WE could do about my babes hair. Their nails were cut at the perfect length and their hair wasn’t cut too short! I love it here!

Far exceeded my expectations! I called for a last minute appointment for my HUGE Great Pyrenees and they told me "head on in!" I had no expectations for quality considering I just needed a groomer fast and I had already called three places. When I picked Sugar Bear up, I could not believe how amazing he looked! So clean, fluffy, trimmed up and SMELLING AMAZING! And finally, I was very surprised at how affordable it was when they told me the price. Thank you, Ladies!

I've brought my baby here 3 times since I've had him only because my folks bring their dog. I'm sorry to say this but every time I bring him I specifically ask to ROUND HIS FACE. They do not. I'd rather pay twice as much for what I ask for than to have him come home looking like the terminator. The people very sweet but I'm done.
