The owner used to manage another fish store in the area before starting up this business. He really knows his fish and truly has a passion for the hobby! The store is terrific, and if he doesn't have a fish you're looking for, he can either create a special order for you or point you in the right direction!

Hydronaut Aquatics was very helpful. All the fish are very healthy, and the staff is very knowledgeable about what they have. As well as being friendly, they have a wonderful selection of rare and exquisite fish. Their corals are also amazing. I highly recommend this store.

I have used just about every store in town to keep our tanks clean and running right, but they all fell way short after a few trips, I made a call talked to the owner for a little bit sent pictures of our tanks and here is what they did.1. punctual, great communication and they took there time to completely clean our tanks.2. they tested the water, and made adjustments for corrections needed, even temp. for species needs.3. changed out or filters, checked media ect.4. provided insight of what our tanks were needing( which was built and installed by one of there competitors at a very pretty penny) to keep our buddies healthy and happy with a good environment.The list goes on, I can not say enough good things about this family business, you get what you pay for and worth every dollar. Also there fish are healthy, there tanks in the store are spot on I've never seen any of there fish with any hint of a illness or parasite once,because of them we plan on adding more and larger tanks ( but not built-ins this time).
