After looking at reviews and pictures of tons of grooming places here in Lubbock, I decided to give Happy Tails and try for my pup's first groom and they did not disappoint! He came back super fluffy and the cut looked amazing (there is a before and after picture so yall can see)! I paid $90 and my pup was there for about 3 hours (definitely needed so that they could familiarize my pup with the grooming process and supplies). We will be going back!

We had a wonderful first experience with Kristi at Happy Tails Grooming. You can tell that she took care of our dog as if she belonged to her. I have scheduled a following appointment and look forward to returning. Pricing is reasonable and the location is easy to get to. Such an amazing experience! Kristi is an absolute gem! I moved here a few months ago and have been looking for a groomer. My 2 small dogs have only been to one groomer in their lives, so I'm sure I was as anxious as they were when I dropped them off. Kristi did EXACTLY what I asked for and my pups look adorable. I shopped prices in Lubbock, and found her prices to be really reasonable given all the services she provided. I can't say enough good things about Happy Tails - I am a customer for life!

This was our first visit to this salon for a bath, nail trim, de-shed and sanitary groom. Christy did an awesome job with both of my corgis. Both dogs just absolutely loved her and she got them in the same day I called. The prices were very reasonable and we have already set up another appointment.

Kristi was great (& so was her helper....didn't get her name) Friendly & helpful. She was able to work me in after some cancelations. To which I'm very thankful for. They did a great job & listened to my requests. When I picked my girl up she looked exactly like she should after a grooming day. She smelled great & was velvety soft. Happy Tails was clean, organized & didn't have a chaotic atmosphere. It was very laid back & quiet. I'll definitely give her a call if we are ever back in the area.

Kristi’s Happy Tails Grooming is my Happy Place to take my two Standard Poodles to get groomed.🙂 Kristi is kind, professional and a good groomer. My male has Addison’s disease and stress and anxiety are perfect culprits for an Addison’s crisis to occur. That means high dollar vet bills which are very difficult for some owners. My two are always excited to go see Kristi and they are always happy when I pick them up. It means a lot to be able to take them and leave them being confident that they will be safe and not be put under any undo stress.Thank You Kristi!

After going to pets mart and having our dog sent home due to being stressed out we were worried about how he would react with other groomers.Kristi was absolutely amazing. We showed up and she immediately got to know our dog, got on his level to try and make him comfortable, and talked us through how his time with her would go. When we picked him up she informed us that he did amazing despite our worries from the previous groomer. She informed us that when he got tired she let him rest and when he was ready she finished the service.She showed us that she was knowledgeable, payed extremely close attention to our dogs feelings and reactions to what was happening and didn't push him to far. If you are looking for a caring groomer this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Kristi is GREAT!! You can tell she really loves what she does and is so knowledgeable and professional. She did a wonderful job on the two dogs I have brought her so far, and I plan to get another in with her soon, so she can do her anti-shedding magic!!! Highly recommend!!

Kristi is fantastic. I was nervous about bringing my Giant Schnauzer to a groomer because of previous bad experiences in other places and she allowed me to stay while she worked on my GS. She was very patient and loving with my puppy and he came out a handsome little man. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone.
