My fur baby looks so good. They were very good about getting us in. However, I will never use this business again. Upon completing my dog they wanted immediate pickup. When called I told them I would try to get someone to pickup my dog but if no one could I would be there between 3-3:40. The lady told me I would be charged a late pickup. I told her that was fine I was at work. If immediate pickup was necessary and had I known that when I scheduled the appointment I would not have used Grooming Dales. I tried them for the convince of location. The lady then calls me back while I’m still at work to let me know they would charge me $20 extra for every hour until I picked up the dog. I used groomers in the past and this has never happened to me. If you want immediate pickup upon completion be upfront about that when the appointments made.

They did a fantastic job on both of our dogs. It was also less expensive than we were used to and they had them ready within a couple of hours. This will be our new grooming place from now on.

Had a great experience! Groomingdale's way easy to get into. I messaged via Google and got speedy responses and got all my questions answered. My little dog Sophie got a great haircut, nail trim, ears cleaned and teeth brushed. Kristy was so nice and speedy and they charged a fair price. I'm grateful to have found a great place to take Sophie to over and over again.

They are amazing groomers and price was awesome and very friendly and they are my favorite in town ! My shih tzu always looks amazing and so glad they are close to where I live too !kristy was so nice and friendly and my dog jade was so happy! I used several others groomers in the past but now only Groomingdales!

I've brought my dog here a few times and haven't had any trouble till this last visit. My dog is 13 years old and a collie, so his joints and legs aren't the strongest. I'm sure the groomer has had trouble grooming him because of his age, which is understandable. However, the last time I brought him, I thought everything was normal and it wasn't. I got the call, like usual, that he was ready to go. So, I drive up there, walk in and see him sitting there. Everything seemed normal, the groomer ran my card and I go to get my dog but he won't get up. She then finally says, "he's been like that since his bath". Now I don't blame them or think that they purposely hurt him, but what made me mad was that it was never mentioned to me till I tried to get him to walk with me.Why wouldn't they say something over the phone or even while I'm checking out? Makes me feel like they were trying to hide it. One lady ended up helping me carry my dog to the car, and I ran him to the vet. I think they just wanted him out cause I barely saw any concern for him from them.He's better now and it probably was just his old bones he was having trouble with but I feel like they were trying to deceive me by not saying anything. I won't bring him back there again, and I am so disappointed because I did like this place and have referred people to them. Anyhow, I've learned my lesson and will now ask if a groomer has experience with older dogs because this place does not seem to.

Wish I had read these horrible reviews before I ever took my dogs to this butcher shop. I gave them a second chance and the second time around it was even worse. My maltise is chopped up all over and don't know how long it will take for her hair to grow out and look like her breed again. She has razor burn all on inside of her legs and above her tail. Her feet look like a 5 year old got the scissors after her. Christy is not a groomer at all and really needs to take a public relations course. Worst grooming job ever.

The girls there did a pretty good job. We have two Yorkie's, one with short hair and one with long hair, therefore we were able to see their work for both long and short cuts. We will be going back as long as we are in here in town due to we travel a lot. The girls there might have been under a lot of pressure because they seemed so busy at the moment when we both dropped our dogs off and pick them up. The girls personalities were lacking just a wee bit. Possibly was not their fault.

I have a rare husky breed called an Agouti Siberian Husky. When i took her in to get deshedding bath they knotted her up so bad they shaved her whole body but not her head or tail. AND didn’t make it’s a straight line or even try to blend it. Not only is her coat ruined and never be the same but her health is at risk now. please if you love your dogs as much as i do DONT take you dogs here.

I took my Yorkie in last week and specifically told the young lady (very rude young lady at that) that checked me in how I wanted my dog groomed. When I came to pick her up, she was the opposite of what I wanted!! I then got home and called to speak to Kristie, that same rude young lady told me she was busy and would call me back. I can accept that... so I expected a call either at the close of business that day or first thing Monday morning. I did not receive a call back and still haven’t received a call back!! I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years and this is how I’m treated!!!I will not return AND I don’t recommend this groomer AT ALL!!!!If there was a negative rating...I would have chosen that!! They didn’t even have the decency to call me back so I could voice my concerns!!! Wow!

I have taken my 3 shih tzus here for the past 2 years and they do a great job witb them. The ears get plucked, nails clipped, and nice hair cuts. My babies are always happy when i drop them off and puck them up and the staff are always so nice and listen to what you want. If you love your dog like he or she is family then this is the place for you.

I will never use them again. I took my toy poodle and asked them to do a poodle cut,, obviously they don’t know what a Poodle looks like. They shaved my baby and nevertheless they shaved her tail to the bone, I was so disappointed that my baby does not look a poodle. I don’t know how long it will be when her hair grows back.

Just took both my small dogs to get bathe and groomed. They came home looking so beautiful. Very pleased. Nice place, good people. I would always use them. This was my first time. Thank you Groomingdale's Pet Parlor😊

Grooming dales is never available to get my dog’s haircut. Each time I call beforehand and they say they are accepting dogs and then not even an hour later when I stop by they are full. This has happened to me twice. The ladies there are rude as well. Horrible service.

I took my shorkie to this groomers and they did a wonderful job. I was also pleased with the price. I will definitely be taking Bandit back to them every time he needs to be groomed

unprofessional, yells at customers, does not properly know how to cut specific dogs hair (double coats and undercoats), do not take your dogs here unless you want a botched job and potential heath risks to your animal
