Dreamland is one of the reasons I miss living in Lubbock! Our Great Dane Lana LOVED everyone on staff and got excited as soon as she figured out where we were driving. We were so comfortable boarding her even when she was a young puppy before she was fixed, and when leaving town on short notice while she was in heat—even when she had to be more isolated she was clearly wonderfully cared for! Always well worth the drive, fantastic pricing, and great & affordable to have her get a bath and manicure before coming home.

I absolutely love Dreamland Kennels. The staff here is so accommodating, kind and really do love your dogs. I never want to send my dogs anywhere else and I don't think they would want to go anywhere else either. Every time Tanya or anyone else on the team picks them up my two are overly excited to get in the car and go. I would HIGHLY recommend Dreamland to anyone in the Lubbock area.

This place is wonderful! It was my dogs first time ever being boarded and they came out clean and happy! Both of my dogs have severe anxiety and one will pee if he thinks he has been in trouble for him to come up to me tail wagging ears up and happy was amazing to me! I will be using Dreamland Kennels again! Thank you fir taking wonderful care of my pups!

My dog is a Border Collie and is somewhat skittish but very sweet. We needed someone to watch her and chose Dreamland Kennels. I was impressed with their cage set up; the dogs have access to air conditioned indoor shelter but can also go outside in their own little yard if desired. The kennel provides bedding but allows the pet owner to bring the dog's own belongings making it more comfortable for the dog. That even includes dog toys, snacks, bones, etc. They have playtime available for each dog and a vet on the premises in case of an emergency. The staff is very friendly my dog adored them. When we picked her up she ran to us then back to them and repeated this action. That's how I knew she was a happy pup. And....the price was excellent!! I recommend this place all the time. Thank you, for treating my pup so well!!

I took my dogs here for the first time after being referred by a friend. I will never take my dogs here again. My female came back with terrible diarrhea which is never a problem for her. And my 11 year old male is lethargic and can barely walk and won't eat. I don't know what happened while they were there but I will never go back. I also should add I opened their bedding and it was.soaked in urine. And their kennel I left because that is their safe place was not put in with them. They will say I'm not in their database because this is my maiden name but I am 100% sure this is where I took my dogs. And not only that the girl at the front has terrible customer service. And im pretty sure charged me for 8 nights instead of 7. Just all around a terrible experience.

We have been using Dreamland since at least 2014. They treat your animals like family. It is not extra for special food or meds. Dogs automatically receive playtime in one of the larger pens.Runs where the dogs are kept are 4x20 with 4x16 outside and 4x4 inside. Runs have a top on them so any pup that may climb will not get out.During extreme cold or hot weather, outdoor access for the runs is closed to keep the heat or air in respectively.Staff is great about receiving calls to check in on the animals and it shows how much they pay attention to the animals based on the details provided during calls.From Lubbock, they are far out, but that is not an issue given the wonderful care our pups are shown and the great rates. Family owned and it shows. My husband and I love Dreamland.

It's a very friendly place. The people that work there are very nice. Nice place for them to stay and they get to play outside. You can ask for them to give your dog a bath or even nail cutting. My dogs seemed to have a great experience there. Highly recommend. Even better it cheaper then some other places but still good quality.

Searched every kennel in Lubbock and surrounding citiesDreamland was not the best price or locationHowever, we informed them of other offers and they offered a 30 percent discount via phone for our month stay to win our buissness.We double checked in person and they confirmed.We also checked again on drop off day and they again confirmed 30 percent off.......On pick up day "we normally just do a 10 percent discout".So we ended up paying extra 100 dollars.Not the kind of Texan handshake style honesty I hoped for.Board your pets closer in town. Cheaper prices.

Our large dogs stay at Dreamland whenever we go out of town. The staff are knowledgeable, follow directions, and give our dogs the same care as their own. I love that they have no breed restrictions!

I will never let my dogs come here because when you give them instructions about how to take care of your dogs they don’t follow them! They never called me to tell me that my dogs got in a fight. I had to find out when I came back to pick them up after my trip! And when asked the wanted to say it happened over a toy! One of my dogs doesn’t even play with toys!! I will never let anyone I know bring their dogs out here!!!

My dog lost 5 lbs after staying there two weeks. Apparently they were over feeding him, and ran out of food after a week despite the written amount...they claim to have used their own food, however, the vet said that wasn't likely given the amount of weight lost in so little time. I just can't believe they didn't call us to see if we could send more. His leash had also been chewed through then duct taped.
