I have been customer of Dillards for several years and have spent several thousand dollars there. I was very disappointed yesterday I purchased a pair of jeans and they did not fit comfortable so I went to take them back the next day and they refused to refund my money or let me change. them, and the manager the (big guy ) of the Big and Tall Men’s department When I walked away. They were laughing and making comments about me and that made me very upset. I will not be shopping at Dillards anymore. Very unprofessional.

I purchased some shoes up there for $140 3 days later they were coming apart. I called the store the lady that picked up was extremely rude with an attitude I told her my situation and she said “oooooook so what can I help you with?” With a nasty attitude/tone 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing dress shoes here

Visited Dillard's furniture department today, and was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting from the sales staff in department. Kelsey and David are very knowledgeable and helped me decide on a great Leather sectional. Would recommend to all looking for a great deal and great help.

Disappointed in the furniture department, me and my husband went to look at couches and a recliner, found about $3000 dollars worth of furniture picked out. Not a single person asked if we were doing OK or anything. Saw a salesmen walk by us twice and said nothing, waited for about 15 more minutes and finally left.

Service is bad , they do not even greet you as you walk in the place . Workers pick & choose who they offer there help to & honestly if you are not white & rich looking they WILL NOT approach you . They just stare at you for a bit & turn away. It was upsetting because I found the shoes I need & was looking for . I left them there because they DO NOT Deserve my business. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND TRYING TO SHOP THERE IF YOUR NOT WHITE .

The perfume department is the best part of this store. I don't know about the clothing side. They don't seem as friendly as the salespeople in the perfume/cosmetics department.

Oh my gosh I love the way this place smells. As soon as you walk in, it just feels so upper class. - The products are well made and yes they are higher in cost but I feel like they last longer. The sales staff was a little put off and unhelpful. We were not dressed to the nines so they may have thought we didn't have money to spend there. They should help everyone the same. We have $$$$ and would have bought the shoes if someone would have said ...can I help you. It was the only thing that turned us off about shopping. The place was clean and there were no clothes on the floor, or half off the hangers, the racks and sizes were easy to find on our own.

Solid selection of men's attire. Couldn't seem to find tie/bowtie and pocket square sets during my visit, but a staff member assisted me in building some sets from the separate items they had.

The Ralph Lauren collection is drab. There is no variation or diversity of color among the different designers. The store is quite dismal as far as vibe/energy is concerned. However, the clothing is very well maintained and of good quality. The customer service is pristine. There's always someone with a watchful eye available to lend some advice on cologne or help find something your wife sent you to find.

The people who work in the shoe department are so rude. I went in yesterday and no one helped me or acknowledged me at all; my friend ended up going in to buy the shoes I wanted. I didn’t like the fit so I came back today to do an exchange and received worse treatment. There were two women at the counter just standing there giving me ugly looks but didn’t say anything to me, yet when an older white lady came in they immediately acknowledged her and were nice. I went to the counter to do a return and once I approached them the lady at the register looked to the other woman and said “look, you were right” while nodding her head to me. I felt so embarrassed and will not be shopping at Dillards again. Hire better people.

I absolutely love Dillards for the majority of the shopping I do when it comes to more formal type of clothing, such as slacks and dress shirts, etc. However, if you're going for general casual wear such as swim trunks or shorts or T-shirts, shop somewhere else. Their prices for some items are extremely high and you can get stuff at almost half the price at other places such as target.

I experienced racial profiling here today. I went into Polo Ralph Lauren with my 2 sons & my daughter in her stroller. I asked for help finding shirts because my Dillard's order was lost in the mail. Not even 5 minutes after looking at the shirts a female officer & an undercover male started circling us. I saw the officer take a photo of a shirt that I touched. Having to experience thos in front of my children is ridiculous. I wasn't there to commit theft. I'm a paying customer.
