I love that they don't photoshop their pictures. I love the body positivity and love written on post it notes stuck to the changing room mirrors. Everything is so cute and such good quality, and affordable. I can't believe I used to spend a ton of money on a bra at victoria's secret and blame my body that it didn't fit right. Aerie is a breath of fresh air.

One of the cashier's was extremely friendly to the lady that cashed out before my daughter but when it was our turn to cash out, the same cashier was very dry and unfriendly with my daughter. All customers are not treated equal!

I went to the store yesterday and the customer service was horrible. What I can only assume were managers were very rude and short. Even after I questioned the price of the jeans I was buying it was as of I offended everyone working there by asking a question. After my purchase was completed no one even acknowledged me. Very poor customer service.

Besides the fact that the over priced clothes never fit and always fall apart after the second wash, I came here once and was given extremely rude service by the manager. Not wasting my money here again.

Very unhelpful, borderline rude. Waiting in line to enter the store (which has posted 55 people in the store at a time) for only 13, including employees. Six people left the line because we waited so long. Once in the store, service felt like I was bothering them just being there.
