All-State Fence is the best in the business! From start to finish it does not get better than this company! Their office was extremely friendly when I made my estimate request. The estimator contacted me that same day and was able to come out and answer all the questions I had. The installers were efficient and did an amazing job! I could not be happier with how my fence turned out!

Short Version: They damaged my house, did a poor job, and gave me the runaround. In all of my interactions, I have tried to be patient but it has become very apparent that this company has many communication problems, both internally, and with their customers. At first I got the impression that they were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and trying to do the right thing. I had confidence that we would be able to come to some equitable resolution and had no qualms about paying them. Thankfully I was advised by another contractor not to make full payment until all issues were resolved. It seems, however, that much of the emphasis they put on customer satisfaction is merely to save face. While I am sure that most jobs go pretty smoothly, mine did not. 2 months later, 2 physical visits to their store, countless calls, 9 return visits to my house, and I'm tired of dealing with this. Since I asked for the owner to call me more than once, and he didn't, I can only assume that my job was small potatoes and not worth his time. This company left me with a job that didn't meet my requirements and no real resolution. At this point, and after so many interactions, I feel as though I have been begging them to fix it. To top it off, I had a third party concrete guy come out and inspect the work. His first statement was that he would never do work like that and immediately noticed the cracks in the footer and suggested that while some cracking is to be expected, the number of cracks would seem to indicate that the concrete was probably mixed with too much water. Just generally a sloppy job all around. If you have a small job, don't use this company, they are too busy for you and should anything go wrong, it's not worth their time to deal with it.Update: I'm leaving my original sentiments in this review because it is important to know how I felt during this experience. After posting this review, Nikki got in touch with me and helped ensure that they addressed all of my issues and facilitated an on-site meeting with the owner in which we were able to come to an equitable agreement. While my experience wasn't a great one, they acknowledged this and apologized profusely for it. Nikki stayed in touch and continued to work with me until the end (which I appreciated much more than talking to a different person every time). I may not be fully satisfied with the overall experience that I had but in the end I have to admit that they stuck with me through it all and showed just how dedicated they are to customer satisfaction. For these reasons I am adjusting my original one-star review to three stars. I can't ignore the experience I had, but I also can't ignore the effort that Nikki and Austin put forth to try to rectify it. After talking to the owner, and based on all the great reviews, I suspect my experience was just a one-off and not typical for them.

All State has done a great job with our fence replacement. We received several bids from competitors across the city and even with some upgrades, All State had the best price for our needs. The install looks great and we are very happy with the final product.There have been some quality issues with a few of the planks, but so far, All State has been incredibly responsive to these issues and have fixed these problems with no hassle.I would be happy to use them again in the future and I would gladly recommend All State to anyone needing some fencing work done.Service: Wood fence installation

Mark and Jeremy were great. Costs were in line with other competitors. What really set them apart was their community involvement and willingness to meet my needs. Job was done in a timely manner. Only took 3 days. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a new fence!

All-State Fence exceeded all of my expectations. The service was excellent, and the work was flawless. I highly recommend them.I got the 6' dog eared pickets with the upgraded metal posts (which seemed logical for our infamous wind) and the heavy duty gate with welded metal frame, which leaves a wider opening and is definitely sturdier. I also got the concrete curb, which is perfect. It raises the fence up another few inches and is sure to keep my pups secure.I didn't actually get to see the fence first hand until dark, and it is absolutely amazing what a difference it made to my backyards appearance.

Very professional staff that has a showroom on Slide that answers questions and educates you. They were on time, competitive, polite, thorough…basically FENCE NURDS which I love. They just put in a 7’ wood on a cement curb w 6”slats for me at my new house. They even have 9-10 stain color choices that they sell to fence sprayers so I picked my color while I was there. But my favorite thing is the quality of the fence, I used them before on my last house so I know it’s high quality.Services: Privacy fence installation, Wood fence installation

One of my neighbors had some fence post replaced and All State left a mess. Reporting to City and hazard clean up. All State is over rated and there are much better fence companies. Btw they also left the fence next door loose and left nail and wood chips all over the yard next door; then left flower stands in front of door so the guy next door could not exit his back door. Terrible service.

The guys were punctual. Customer service is great. I had cast iron decorative windows I wanted to keep on the fence door and they complied with my request. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional. My fence looks great

All-State Fence did an amazing job on our fence. We love the curb appeal of the PVC privacy fence on the front of our house. We also had a 7' Cedar fence with a 5' metal frame gate installed on the back of our house. The quality of materials is better than anything I could find at the box stores. Wow!!! What an amazing company! When our fence recently blew down with the high winds, All State was at our house the next day to give us an estimate. We contacted three other reputable fence companies but all three had a wait time of three to four days, just for an estimate. By the time we received all the bids, our choice was pretty clear. All State's bid was $1,500 to $2,500 cheaper than any other bid we received! And don't be fooled, there were no mid job upcharges or unexpected cost, what they quoted us is what we paid. It was amazing how quickly they finished and the quality we received. I honestly don't know how they do it, but we are certainly happy that they can. The workers and project manager for our job were top quality, you know, the kind of people we weren't afraid to have working at our house. Just overall an excellent experience, and a company that I would refer to anyone looking to have their fence replaced.

EDITED TO ADD: We recently found that some of our sprinkler heads were covered by the concrete curbing and when I contacted All-State they sent someone out within 2 days to fix them!!! What great customer service!!THANK YOU!All State gave us the best price and also completed our work in a timely manner! When we called for an estimate they came out within a week to look at the property. They were flexible with our scheduling and gave us all of the options we wanted. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is needed a new fence!

All of the staff at Allstate fence were very helpful in every aspect from the office staff that showed the different types of fence styles, they gave us very detailed information and made some suggestions too. The fence crew were very professional and worked very hard! Once the fence was done they cleaned up the area as to not leave any scrap materials. We are very excited and pleased that we chose Allstate Fence company of Lubbock to provide us with our new fence!!! It looks amazing and already have gotten compliments from our neighbors. Beyond impressed with All-state Fence from start to finish. Was greet politely by their receptionists; they were kind and courteous. An estimator called and came by the same day to assess my fence and my needs. I revived a bid in th email, as well as a follow up to make sure I go the bid. I couldn’t get other competitors to even call me back. Their quote included multiple options to chose from. .
