I cannot stand the entire Language barrier. I agree with the other lady about if people are going to work in America then learn how to speak it. I mean if I was going to move to Mexico I would learn spanish....duh. so there was that.. .and everything else was good.

I love this store the kitchen staff is very fast and friendly, also theres never line because the cashiers are so fast!!!! This is the best stripes ever!!❤️❤️

It is ridiculous that the worker at this stripes does not talk any English even thoughshe understood every word I was saying she refused to talk to me in English said I must talk to her in spanish or else she would not help she refused service just because I could not speak Spanish! If you want to live in the USA & be treated like an American then you should speak English if not get the hell out of our country & go back to your country since you have to much pride to speak our language!

This stripes store has lost the edge. I go there now and the chorizo with huevo is not chorizo it tastes like tomato sauce it's been like that already for several months now when you order the ham and egg you can't even find the ham coffee in the morning is never brewed. There's always two attendance sometimes three and nobody refills the coffee. I started going to the stripes near the United high School their food is better now than this one is

I had left my phone in this restroom accidentally ...I was about 10 minutes away when I relized so I quickly called the store and the employee by the name Maria answered. I explained if she could please check if my phone was there and she said that she had just cleaned it and nothing was there. Luckily I had FIND MY PHONE APP ..it showed it was still in the store. I decided to head to the store it was about 9:30pm when I arrived. I asked the employee at the front register if anything had been turned in and she said no and was super rude. She screamed across the store to Maria who I had talked with over the phone earlier...I asked her if by any chance it had been found yet and ahe still told my no. I told her that I had Find my phone App and it was still in the store. She then proceeded to take it out of her pocket??? So she lied to me and tried to steal it!!!! 😡😡😡😡

This Stripes store is totally hit or miss on their service level. DO NOT come here on a weekend or holiday as you will be stuck in a line for 15+ minutes as there will only be one cashier and people buying scratch off tickets ahead of you in line. Both of the Los Fresnos Stripes stores really suck at service. Weekdays they seem to be back on their meds and you can usually expect only a 5 minute wait.

A young lady work the register by the name of "Sam" sneezed as I walked up to pay for my breakfast. Laughing she excused herself to wash her hands. "Thank you" I said as I noticed she wasn't wearing a mask.When I asked why, she sarcastically responded "Because it's not mandatory?"I don't know if she's sick because her sinus areas are red or if it's allergies but in these times why chance it?

I have been buying this line for years and today I was able to buy a Menudo and I always told them not to add too much broth and today it turns out that the manager tells the workers that they will only add 2 tablespoons or more of pure broth that is not good. do that
