Great experience! My first time at Dairy Queen and I have to say, ILL BE BACK!! staff was friendly, and helpful. The tables, counters were fresh and clean as was the bathroom. Ordered a couple of different chicken salads, crispy and grilled, and both salads were so delicious. Crispy lettuce, bacon was cooked to perfection, the crispy chicken was lightly battered and chewy on the pallet. The grilled chicken was soft and delicious as well. The fried jalapeños were also light battered and had that spicy kick that left you wanting more. If you haven’t been, go check out DQ friends.

Stopped for a blizzard and a cone. I had previously reviewed this establishment giving it 5 stars. This visit was a nightmare. They have no napkins on the tables and I guess you have to ask for them to get one. My wife asked for a glass of water and the snotty girl at the counter said 25 cents. I asked to speak to the owner or manager and this prima Donna told the snotty one to read it off my receipt. NEVER AGAIN will I ever set foot in this dump. Makes me want to avoid Dairy Queens in general as I might expect the same mistreatment elsewhere. I'm not one who usually writes poison pen reviews, if I can't say nice things I say nothing but this still has me steamed. Perhaps they will chase away all their business and a new owner or manager with a fresh perspective will make things how a reputed national chain should be done.AVOID THIS PLACE

Its not my #1 burger chain but the food they prepared plus their customer service is probably better than most other restaurants in town.Was greeted within seconds of entering the location, order taken quick and food came out just as fast. Fries were not oversalted or toasted and the burger was juicy and delicious. Overall a great experience.Location is easy to access, convenient and well maintained.A great place to catch a bite especially if your going to or coming from SPI.

always gets my order wrong, ordered an 8 piece tender (for me and my husband to share) and they give us 4 after making us wait and wrong size fries. called multiple time and they never answer. 35$ wasted

So homesick. In town so stopped to have lunch. Missed coming to eat here. After a long day at work and didn't feel like cooking anything this was my place to eat and rest. Sitting next to the window to see the traffic go by. Good old times. Got a combo and a Royal Carmel Mocha Coffee shake. Sooooo GOOD. No other place tobe then in Los Fresnos. Thanks Dairy Queen good food and good people. You enjoy your weekend all take care and God bless 🕊️

I ordered a mocha moolate and It has a horrible taste. I have ordered it before and it didn’t take like that. Also the moolate had something yellow inside. And I had a horrible customer service, the lady at the window said she didn’t speak Spanish. I ask her nicely that the mini Oreo didn’t have Oreo and she said I have to be charged for more and I was fine with that. She then ask in Spanish how manny scoops of Oreo.

I asked for a burger with only cheese pickles and onions. They gave me a burger with only pickles. I asked them to remake it and they gave it to me with pickles and cheese. I asked for onions on the side because still no onions on my burger. Drove off and tell me this doesn’t look like someone stepped on it. Ridiculous

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. These girls working there have a terrible attitude. While in the drive through one of the girls (I believe she had braces) yelled “YOURE WELCOME” as she was handing the drinks over before I could say thank you. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If you hate your life and job that much you probably shouldn’t be working customer service.

We had 8 people, 3 orders were correct. The turtle blizzards were made with peanuts and ice cream and it was only blended 1/3 of the way down. Service was terrible.

Worst customer service ever. They laughed at the people who don’t speak English so well like them. I asked her for vanilla Sunday and she said pineapple sauce and she told the other employee and both laughed. Very bad service!!

Food was good and fast . The girl at the counter was very helpful when taking our order and making suggestions. My only concern was the sewage smell as you walk in the door. It was so strong, can't believe they haven't done something about it . When we got there the General manager was right next to the door. Didn't acknowledge us or commented on the smell. He could have easily said sorry for the smell we are working on fixing it. So hopefully they will fix the problem. Don't know if the smell affects the food. The eating area wasn't as smelly or we wouldn't have eaten there.

My family and I drive 3-4 times a week over here from Rio Hondo because they are the only place that every employee is wearing a face mask and gloves and that to us shows us how valuable their customers are to them and how much they care. So they deserve our business 3 to 4 times a week sometimes more whether its for food or just ice cream we will continue driving out here to this Dairy Queen! Thank you so much for caring about your customers health and safety! 😊

Awful experience. Waited in line for 25-30 min. just for them to get our order completely wrong. The staff was having a good time with each other, but were rude to patrons. They did not give us a receipt.

13 minute wait for my order. I go home and to top it off they didn’t put a patty in my burger! I call and she says the cook confirms he didn’t put a patty. It’s like he knew he didn’t but still sent it out. They made me another burger and I go pick it up. No apology through phone or person. Wow.
