Terrible service.. just needed to ask a quick question and upgrade and that lady was so rude to me for absolutely no reason. I understand that understaffing can be overwhelming sometimes but that just wasn't my fault. Hope she has a better day tomorrow..

I've only been here a handful of times with my friend whenever he needed to pay his phone bill in time. I remember one time, his sister tried opening up a line with an unlocked phone she already had, but for whatever reason, they insisted she had to buy one there at the store. I have no idea if that is true or if the rep was just trying to bank on some commission, but either way, not cool. Thankfully, the other reps make up for that shady tactic.

Can't say enough good things about Walter V., the guy at the counter who patiently explained plans, coverage, phones for me while I picked out a family plan for myself and 3 full time students who need internet, without exceeding a tight budget. This guy was great! Professional, knowledgeable and curtious! Definitely 5 stars... who knew... right here in Los Fresnos! Don't go anywhere else! Thank you Walter!

Thursday I rated 2 stars now I rate you all one star due to poor customer service, supervisor was unhelpful I had to go to another cricket in Brownsville get help, and I just switched two lines to cricket because we thought cricket would have better customer service

Bad service, went in to upgrade our devices and got more than what we asked for. Phone insurance that we declined, and also changed critical information recipient. BAD SERVICE. Wish Pocket would come back.
