This Sonic location has always been clean and food/drink quality seem to stay consistent each time ive stopped on my way through. The pulled pork burgers and Tots are the bomb. Kiddos get to play on the playground and they also have a inside lobby that was clean and enjoyed the AC. The Oreo blast with Strawberrys added is my favorite. They even gave my dog a pup cup of Ice cream and he now has new best friends.Kid-friendliness: A nice playground with some shade. My Kiddos love it

Stopped during our road trip up I-35.Lovely play place and clean interior and exterior. Service was fast and friendly. Food order was correct, hot and delicious!There is an unfortunate odor inside - probably just bc it seems to be an older building, but it's well kept by the current staff, it seems. We had a blast!

Probably the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Wasn't expecting a whole lot from fast food but for $10 I expected at least more chicken than breading. Didn't know you could get the chicken that thin. Was rubbery and had that just out of the microwave freshness. Also had jr frito cheese wrap. Was 98% tortilla and maybe 3 fritos. Super disappointed from a place I usually enjoy.

This sonic is a sorry excuse for any type of food!! Not that I expect the best quality from fast food but this is ridiculous both burgers were made wrong and cold and I literally live 1.5 blocks from there. the cheese fries and cheese tots were a slice of cheese thrown on top of freezer burned looking tots and half of an attempt to even melt the cheese!! Waste of $20

Car hop was great. However communication needs to improve. I ordered cheese tots and got chilli cheese tots. Normally a person would love that free upgrade however GI patients cant eat chilli or at least I cannot.

Their chicken popcorn was the worst I ever had. We ordered the large one and tasted two or three and had to trash the rest. They barely had any chicken in them. They were very bitter, probably dues to over fried oil or the coating. Their strawberry cheesecake smoothie was fine. I am never going to order chicken or any other food from them, maybe just smoothies.

I often stop here and geta foot long chili - cheese Coney with extra onions and jalapeños and a large order of tater tots with chili and cheese added and a double cheeseburger with extra onions,and extra mayonnaise, two Route 44 Grape Slushy and one large Reeces Blast for the long drive. They are convenient on my 11 hour drive from Austin to El Paso so I don't have to stop for refills. Im in a hurry to visit my fat girlfriend in her delapidated , one bedroom,single wide mobile home while her criminally violent, homicidal husband is hard at work in the oil industry in Odessa. It's very dangerous, back breaking work out there in the Hot Texas sun. He probably won't be around much longer before he has a heat stroke or meets with an unfortunate accident, or was it?. I think she's had enough of the beatings She still has a land line telephone and a television with rabbit ears.

Stopped here on a little road trip to use the restroom and let my dogs stretch their legs and potty too. When I asked to use the hose to get my dogs some water, they went ahead and gave me a cold cup of water for them and was able to fill a silly request to buy slices of cheese so I could give them their meds. Thank you for accommodating me and my pups! I'm always extra appreciative when it comes to people caring for them too!

Very nice to actually walk in, sit, and still enjoy all of what Sonic has to offer. This is especially when you're traveling and you need to finally get out of the car and stretch your legs and/or you need a bathroom break.

Location has really improved, had previous problems with carhops in the Lorena location however, I had Ross as my carhop and was shown phenomenal service, great job guys.Parking: Wasn’t packed like every other locations

Don’t order fries if you want fries , unless you want a medium be sure to order a large and you might get a medium order in a large container you can’t even see the fries in the container. People the flap is higher on the back so fries can lean against it . Lorena Sonic is getting more and more scarce on their orders. Best Sonic to get what you order is on Hewitt drive , they use real Texas toast and you get the fries you ask for. Lorena buys giant loaf but they don’t know giant loaf means longer loaf . Texas , yes Texas toast like they advertise is thick slices guys. ReallyParking: Parking is very nice, and love the new order screens. Helps with tips when you only want to use a card.Kid-friendliness: The car hop servers are really great kids. Very friendly, are really sweet to our kids that play on the playground.

Excellent service, quick delivery, wonderful employees. Stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat, and a cold drink on a decently warm day. Everyone that I got to interact with was very nice and cheerful. I didn't have to wait long, and my order was exact with nothing out of place. Thank you for your wonderful service, I will visit again for sure.

Pulled in for a late lunch while traveling. Although the men’s restroom needed cleaning, the service and food were surprisingly both excellent! Keep up the good work management, but also take some time to keep those restrooms maintained please.

We ordered two burgers, had to send them back, they were not made right. Gave them a second chance, wrote on paper the way we wanted the burgers and they still got it wrong. They need to learn to hear and read what is said. VERY DISAPPOINTED and Dissatisfied !!

First 2 times I ate here everything was good I had no complaint food was good and hot, the last 2 times I ate here I've been so disappointed I'm not really one to complain unless it really bothers me but 2 times In a row I came here order the Honey BBQ popcorn chicken both times they have came out cold, hard rubbery like it's been microwaved, it's been un edible. I probably won't come back again for a while. Very disappointing!

Not sure what happened today. I decided to stop by this Sonic for a burger, while traveling on I35.I stuck with just a burger. No fries, tots or any other sides (Perhaps a mistake not to get a side order)It's been a long long time since I enjoyed a well prepped, fresh ingredient burger from a fast food chain.Keep up the good work folks.Was there about noon today, if this helps credit the crew. 👍👍

Now this is the sonic I visit often. Though I have had a few issues in the past that made me avoid it like the plague, at some point the food has improved and now when I want a burger without leaving Lorena then this is my go to place. The drinks are the best part of this location though.
