wet pets n critters is a great place to go if you are looking to buy a critter or even just stop by to pet a furry friend! The building is clean and has no odor upon walking in. this was a pleasant surprise due to walking into other places that did not keep up as well. the staff was very quiet yet very pleasant and smiled the whole time. I felt welcomed and was at peace while browsing!

I went with my daughter to look for some things for her turtles. We were greeted by 2 very pretty cats at the door. We weren't offered any help initially. My daughter had to ask if they had a certain item, and then the salesperson was happy to help.

I had a wonderful experience at the fish store. The selection of fish was stunning, showcasing beautiful and vibrant species. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and caring. Their passion for the well-being of the fish was evident, making the visit enjoyable and informative. They always have a huge selection of aquariums including the essentialities for my shrimp tank. The atmosphere is great, and letting their cats roam free is a worthwhile idea since those cats are people-friendly. The staff are nice and helpful.

This little pet store is packed with fun. They have a lot of different reptiles, tons of fish and cats, kittens, rabbits, arachnids and other pets.The retail line is pretty extensive and the prices are great. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this store.

Bomb! They have a great selection and super cute bunnies and guinea pigs. The G.pigs are astronomically precious and they chirp at eachother and play! I do feel bad for them bc people are reaching over the top of them all day and that would freak me out every time! So they are super chill considering. They take the care and co edition of the animals VERY serious here. They will inform you if you are concerned about any animals condition in the store. I thought a few bettas (in the cups) were goners bc ..well, apparently they float upside down at the top when they are "chilling". They looked half way in...ya know? But the lady walked me over to show me they just do that. Huh. Who woulda thought. But she was right. It likened up when she tapped the cup. So, I bought two of em. Thanks niece and nephew. Love ya kids. Come visit ur fish! Happy customer. Happy new fishes owner.

It's a nice place and they have high quality animals and they have more animals available than petco or petsmart. They don't seem beginner friendly or at least the customer service was slightly unpleasant

Sure sweet, know a lot about what they sell. Learned I could feed my rats meal worms, and boy did they love them! My normally aggressive rat is now docile the next day and giving kisses!

I love their selection of marine invertebrates and fish. I got a giant frogspawn coral from them recently and it is doing amazing!

Priced high which I don't mind because it's a locally owned. They do have a very wide selection, a lot more to choose from their than at Petco or PetSmart but you definitely will pay triple what you the services is ok

You go to buy a rabbit and they have the rabbit and its in a metal dog cage then they ask you do you have a cage an when you say no they say then we cant sell you the rabbit unless you buy all the stuff from us an you need this cage an you need this well you know what WET PETS AN CRITTERS I have talked to several breeders and I can keep him in the same cage you had him in so I AM GONNA BRING CAGE BACK AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK I PAID FOR THE CAGE AN I WILL NEVER GO BACK.....THE GIRL THAT HAD TO GET ME THE BUNNY WAS RUDE AND HATEFUL.......PLEASE STOP LIEING TO PEOPLE JUST TO MAKE MONEY

Where do you go when your granddaughter wants to feed a "pet" box 🐢 turtle you asked her to put back where she found it...and then was worried about what SHE would eat and drink...so we set up a box turtle feeding station for her.I WAS at Jason's Deli for Grandma.And there was Wet Pets N Critters in front of where I parked. I told them the box turtle was released. Retired high school science teachers do that sort of thing.Great science project...even if only the birds eat the feed...and butterflies drink the water and fruit slices.

Very nice, small store. A variety of pets and pet supplies. I have gone here for years, and the place is always clean and the staff always friendly and helpful. Really something for everyone. Have three store cats that wander around and really improve the shopping experience, as well and pettable rodents and chatty parrots.

Really disappointed in their fish return policy. We purchased 3 very expensive fish and they died 3 days later. Because they didn't die within 24 hours they won't do any return/ exchange. The parameters in our tank are perfect. I will not buy fish here again.

The lady that helped my daughter was very helpful but I walked around looking at the other pets considering adopting and the other employees on the floor acted like I was invisible. And was blocking the way at one point. And I was not impressed.
