I have been permanently disabled alarm for 12 years now and been difficult, but it is what it is. That's the wrong way to say that I'm prepared stronger short. Wonderful surgeon named Doctor Jatavallabhula, Neurosurgeon. I have been using the mobilized Shopping cart and it just stopped, battery and Alan, Wonderful man also 2 other Wonderful Walmart Team, I just cried and I could not stopAlan went and brought a Fully charged cart and while loading the new cart said that remember Me and My cousin Michael forever. I cried much more although I replied I will always be be thankful God knew we, needed just that to make it to Our Home. While heavy heart Transition were to come.Thank You Lord, For Your Everlasting Love.Amen

Milk, yogurts are always opened. I stopped buying it here.Seems breads and veggies go bad within a few days, normally only 1 real register open, with the slowest cashier, and a long line. They have at least 7, but won't hire cashiers to run them.The door gestapo is the worst. Stop and accussed of theft, every day I go here. The ONLY store in town that does this. Soo tired of being demeaned and never an appology when proven I paid for the stuff in my cart. These milks, same day, same cooler, same batch.. As you can see...This is a common result looking for milks. The 2nd pic is a week later from 1st review..

$355 dollars worth of groceries. Couldn't get everything on the belt to check out. This check out system is stupid and extremely inconvenient. Guess I'll take my shopping somewhere that has actual lanes to check out in.

Walmart IS my store but I hate self checkout. I have numerous cards and walmart is the holder of one of them. I hate to go in there and something doesn't get ringed up and I'm walking out the store and get accused/ arrested for stealing. It would definitely not be my intention to do so. Innocent people are getting arrested and or embarrassed because walmart is being too cheap.

The grocery pickup is wonderful.I only go in when I've forgotten something. I'm still trying not to bring any COVID back home to my elderly.Thank you for shopping Walmart,they tell me,I really appreciate.

Poor traffic plans and overly poor lane markers within the giant parking area. Space between handicap spaces and Sam's building is too close to allow right turns without having on coming traffic stop.Vehicles crossing the street to get back on the loop is just way more frustrating than it needs to be.

I've never liked going to Walmart before but this store is always helpful and friendly. The store is clean and stocked, and employers are knowledgeable of where items are located! The greatest compliment for me to give is that they appear to Enjoy their jobs!! Great experiences all around.The store is on Estes Pkwy Longview, TX

Stopped in on a recent trip to Longview, Texas for a potty break and some quick sugar. Store looked clean, well staffed and had plenty of options to choose from. Quick cup of coffee and a bagel later, I am off and running back out on the highway. Nice little stop if you are ver in Longview. A+

I stopped by to pick up a few items a couple weeks ago... (Nov 2023) in the automotive department so I went to the automotive checkout to pay... The lady at the counter was far more interested in her personal phone call she was on than in assisting me... She even kept chatting away while ringing me up and still ignoring my existence other than to tell me the total..... You would think this was a teenager but no... Definitely in her 40s or 50s 🤦

Beats the hell out of the one on 4th St and the nightmare of that overly congested parking area (IYKYK). My wife said this one is more expensive on some of the produce. I don’t know about all of that so I have to take her word for it.

Report your issues to corporate if you're having problems with employees within that particular store for record purposes, or avoid that location all together. Security along with certain head staff members are disengious. Hazardous and calculating environment. The desperation to set customers' up for failure is pretty sad

Today I was accused of stealing $ 2.28 m&m’s by Jody ( the greeter ). Jody decided he was going to watch self checkout, instead of greeting the customers. This isn’t first time showing his racist behavior, he has accused quite a few people I know of stealing ( which are African Americans ). After speaking with a manager about his behavior ( which I doubt he does anything about it ), he tried antagonizing me as I walked out the store. Today was my last day going there, I’ll drive 20 minutes across town from now on.

I mean it's Walmart , the reason for 4 stars would be for any Walmart , it seems no matter which one it is, they're all missing something you need. For I stance.......I needed garlic salt this time and their completely out, and I mean completely out. They had everything else I needed though. So let's say the next time I go I need Dr. Pepper.......I'll just about bet money it won't be there, they'll have everything under the sun except Dr. Pepper lol 😆.That's the reason for 4 stars.

This is a much nicer store than the one on 4th street, people are friendly and helpful. The stor is clean well organized and stocked and the prices are better here the store on 4th street is rice gouging 7 dollars for baby powder , it's was 3 at this Walmart so I will not go back to the 4th street Walmart

The worst customer service ever! This ol black woman with about ten gallons of the nastiest smelling perfume ever tried to make me out to be a liar and a fool. Having food stamps card that is needing to be manually entered and having it done a couple of weeks ago she wants to argue with me then calls some woman from the customer service desk heavy younger woman is just going to follow suit on this sherade of trying to make me look as the fool I get to the customer service and she's still trying to give me some off putting down talk.... step it up walmart you're replacement for real cashiers replaced by an old woman who shouldn't even be in the public and a customer service worker who doesn't know how to even properly speak to people.
