We were shopping for a stove. Brooklyn greeted us with a smile and was very happy to assist us. The stove was not in stock so she went online to see when it would be available for order. She ordered the stove and answered a few questions about another item and did all of that with a smile and was very polite and helpful. I will go back to see her for the rest of my remodel because of her wonderful customer service.

Went in to replace a Ryobi broken charger for a 40v, the ones that come included in the $300 small mower kits. Saw they were $30 online, but needed it today. They’re charging $69 for the charger alone, and when I asked if they price matched the manager said “yes if it’s from a store here locally” and when I replied “well only Home Depot can sell Ryobi” I got a grinback at me as if they thought it was genius 🤣This is why this business is tanking worse and worse. I’ll take the 8hr free delivery off Amazon long before I let a big box store sell a charger to me for almost triple its listed value while thinking they’re smart. Embarrassed for them

Been waiting more then 30 minutes for someone to load my 55 sheets of 12ft sheetrock. After harrasing phone calls to come pick it up. And nobody is willing to operate the forklift and even get it close for me to the truck.

The tool rental selection is great. The service at the tool rental section is not so great. Nice old men, but do not know how to do a deposit refund and so I had to stand and wait for almost an HOUR until the manager could get freed up. It also took an hour upon rental for the kid with painted fingernails to do a manual rental on paper because the computers were down.

Went to get some Lumber. 2 x 4 x 8 Yellow Pine. Cheaper by 47c a board than Lowe's. Staff very helpful even as I got there 15 mins before Closing.

We ordered an LG appliance package including a cooktop, wall oven microwave combo, dishwasher and refrigerator in early January of 2024. Delivery date was set up for Feb. 15th. A couple days before delivery Home Depot changed to Feb. 28th. On Feb. 26 Home Depot changed the delivery date to March 21. This is holding up our kitchen remodel and costing us extra money. We have no kitchen. I will never buy appliances from Home Depot again. Customer service was no help as they blame LG. We are stuck.

Just like Lowe's, they have absolutely everything and their tools are all high quality, but finding someone to help you in the store is an exercise in futility.

Very helpful. Employees worked with 1 customer at a time, didn't rush, took care of business & moved on to the next customer. People waited patiently because of the service.

Very unpleasant experience shopping today at home depot. Spent 30 minutes talking to somebody about the different DeWalt tool deals and was told that the circulating saw would come with the 9ah battery I go to ring it up with the employee and almost paid for it and then realized the price was ridiculously higher an additional $300 or so and I caught it and then they start talking about it being the wrong saw so we go and look and it's basically the same saw same size same voltage same everything except it's black instead of grey on the guard. My issue isn't that they are out of the black saw my issue is that they have the saw that I grabbed in a separate cage for select DeWalt tools advertising it as this deal and it's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. And then when I tell him to put it back he tries to offer it to me for half off the battery ..... Like dude I'm not paying almost $300 for a battery and I'm also not paying half of that for the battery when it's supposed to be free for the same damn saw.I put everything back and I'm the type of shopper that will go about my day and just buy elsewhere from now on.Amazon and Lowe's.
