If you are a fan of delicious flavors, then Small cakes is for you! Eating an entire cake is just way too many calories but only eating 3 or 4 cupcakes is just calorie perfection! They even have ice cream and pup 🐶 cakes! My favorite is “WEDDING CAKE”, and I’m working my way through all the other flavors. They even have a point system that will get you a free cupcake! There is room to sit and enjoy or just get them to go. When I wax there a sales rep ordered 4 dozen for his clients! Now that’s someone who knows how to close a deal! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself or a friend to a small call cake today

Love this place. It was very hard to choose which little cake to get. I eventually chose the homemade strawberry ice cream and animal cookie cake. Just superb! You have to give them a try and they will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!

Okay, I'm trying to be honest with why reviewing business and product. 3.5 ish is the best I can do. The "homemade" ice cream leaves you with a after taste when done. However, eating it seems to hit the taste buds a little differently than you would think. It's not good or bad.The price leads you to believe you are getting great ice cream with a nice (gourmet) cupcake. The cupcake doesn't bring that in the end. It is just a decorated cupcake. It is a nice place to go to but not repeatedly. $17 for the 2 items.EnjoyPics attached...

Went in today (3/20/2024) and was treated rudely by the lady working there. She kept ignoring me, and another customer even told her she could help me first, but she ignored them, wouldn't acknowledge me, didn't speak a word, and instead went into the back for several minutes, before finally coming back and asking me what I wanted which happened to be a single cupcake. This should have taken like, what, 2 minutes? At any rate the cupcake was good but not worth nonsense like this.Terrible service and attitude, horrible first impression, I will not return, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

I requested a chocolate with cream cheese icing and they made it for me right away because it wasn't already available!!! The service was great! The taste and texture of these cupcakes are amazing! They also do catering if you can pick up.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Oh my God, This place has the absolute best cupcakes ever... just ever ever!!!!I can't say enough about these people... super friendly and fun and very talented in the kitchen! They're AWESOME!The homemade ice creams are fabulous! There was one called buttered popcorn AND it tasted EXACTLY like movie butter popcorn! It was so so so SO good!!The very first two cupcakes I got were the peanut butter cupcake and the hot fudge sunday cupcake. The peanut butter one was great, but that h Hot Fudge Sunday one has got to be the best cupcake I've ever put in my mouth in my entire lifetime!! Super moist cakes, every one, rich, flavorful and beautifully applied icing... I am just ever so impressed with Smallcakes!!! I've been recommending and bringing people into this place since I found it. Beyond doubt the best cupcakes and ice cream in all of East Texas!The variety of cupcakes available on a daily and weekly basis are amazing, and the ice cream is wonderful and addicting!Could not recommend a better place to provide a birthday or a holiday or family event.

The staff here is so sweet! I went in at 1:30 asking for last minute gender reveal cupcakes, and they had them ready in literally 10 minutes. They were so helpful and I am so thankful for them!

The cupcakes are delicious and they have a lot of fun rotating flavors. My favorite is their house made Biscoff cookie ice cream. They do toddler Tuesday which is fun too. You get a free mini with purchase of a regular size one. Fun place to enjoy a sweet treat!

I ordered a variety of cupcakes for a bridal shower and they were DELICIOUS!!Of all the flavors, the wedding cake with wedding icing was the biggest hit. They also offer gluten free cupcakes so no one was left out. Did I mention how nice they are too? Exceptional customer service. Definitely going to be a repeat customer! Discovered this place from roommates work and went in myself. They have really good cupcakes with a set of signature flavors and changing seasonal flavors. They also have ice cream. Both are made daily. A cupcake is $3.50 each, little high but worth it for the quality you get as they are really good.

Exceeded expectations! I unexpectedly got results back regarding the gender of the child I’m expecting & wanted to do something a little more exciting than opening the email. I knew it was last minute, so I didn’t anticipate anyone being able to help me before 5pm. Alas, I walk into Smallcakes and met Wyatt! He was so so nice and helpful. He knew exactly what to do & had me in and out with icing filled cupcakes in 10 minutes. Absolute pro! I’ve had a really rough pregnancy and my experience with Wyatt brought me back a little joy. Thank you so so much.

The ice cream and cupcakes are okay but the frosted sugar cookies are the absolute best ever! Even though they only make them on Thursday-Saturday which is very hit or miss it’s either too busy or it’s too slow😳So sad we were told we could not order them either 😞 Please reconsider and at least let us order them

Small cakes made us a cake so that pictures could be taken and we could capture the moment. Not worth almost 5 dollars a cupcake, not awful or anything, just the cupcakes are extremely soft so it falls apart trying to eat it… you end up just eating globs of frosting with cake falling off of it.

My wife and I moved to Longview from Dallas in 2020. She has not wanted to be out in public last year. I checked out the Smallcakes bakery last in 2020 because she wanted to come here. It is on route when shopping at Target.New Year 2021My wife wanted to drive to Smallcakes.She didn't want to go into the shop.She is disabled. However , she would not have any problems entering from her handicapped parking into this shop.COVID-19Smallcakes is fully compliant.4 customer limit inside.See my pictures.Clearly marked in the door.Their small cakes are delicious!They taste as good as they look!Nice selection are baked daily and there are rotating seasonal themed Smallcakes.Good staff. Wonderful selections.FAST service. Checkout their website before you come inside. Daily selection will change and they do sellout.My wife has food allergies. She had no problems with their recommendations.We are coming back.

This place is my guilty pleasure! I can't stop coming here. The peanut butter cup cupcake is the best thing I've ever tasted... It's so delicious!! All of their cupcakes are super moist and the flavor combos are great. Our picky dog liked their pupcake too. They also have daily specials which they have posted in the shop but also post on their Facebook page. Their ice cream is also delicious!

We placed and paid for a special order a week in advance, and the decorator told us she’d include a special logo, and said they’d be ready at 10:00 on the day we needed them. They called today (2 days from our event) to tell us they can’t do the special logo, can’t have them done by the time they promised them, and offered no price break for now supplying plain cupcakes. We canceled & called another local bakery who is giving us what we want, when we want it, even on short notice.Update after owner’s response: Thank you. We were only told that the decorator would not be able to come in, which we understood. The problem was that you could not supply the more plain product within the same time frame, and would not do it for less than we had already paid for the more customized cakes with the logo.

Pretty good cupcakes. Icing is good. Some have creative topping, the cake tastes like box cake but that's still good too. Over priced for what it is. Give them a try and see what you think.
