Stopped in because I needed a size small, full face helmet. We found a badass LS2 for 200 bucks!!! I got my riding boots and nice gloves. I ended up buying some socks too. The lady that has worked there forever, is always nice and helpful.

Update 10/28/2021: This service department continues to disappoint 🙇🏻‍♂️.. I’m trying to give this service dept. my business but each time it gets more difficult to go back to them.I don’t get much time off from work so when I do get some time off, that time is valuable to me. When you waste my time w/ poor service, it can’t be bought back.New employees or experienced employees shouldn’t matter. When a customer is paying premium prices, why shouldn’t we expect premium service. Your customers literally count on you.(My expressed concerns are only with the service department)Update 08/21/2019 : Today I lost some faith in my home dealership service department.I am a new rider and new customer to Roughneck Harley so I have no other dealership to compare them to. I also don't have first hand experience under the previous ownership but I will say this, I have never enjoyed a purchase as much as I have at Roughneck.

Really great store. Looks like an old western town on the inside and they have a fantastic selection of Harleys. Their merch section had a lot Tom choose from, including some other brands, and there’s quite a few clearance sections. Just wish the poker chips weren’t $4. Most Harleys have them between $1-2 across the country.

They need a new service department. Never returned any of my calls to book maintenance and when I finally showed up to speak with someone in person, they said they could service the bike and it would be done by the end of the week. They kept it for weeks and kept saying it would be done "tomorrow" everytime I called. I left with no gas in my tank, a dirty bike with oil on the tires and more issues with the bike than when I went in. Definitely not going back to have my bike worked on here. I don't trust the service desk or the mechanics. The sales team is super friendly though!

We went in to look at new motorcycles and from the time we walked in everyone was so nice and professional!! The general manager was AMAZING!!! They offered us drinks & popcorn as well!! It was a wonderful shopping experience I HIGHLY recommend shopping with them. We tried to shop in Texarkana and they tried to give us the run around… but not at Longview Harley!! They work for their customers and make sure they can get you the best deal possible! Highly highly recommend shopping Harley in Longview!!

Never saw anyone at the parts counter. Asked for help, they couldn’t find the guy. Why there’s only one person that can help with parts on a Saturday is beyond me. I got tired of waiting and left. The girl that helped us with clothing was good though.

As much as I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for a Harley Davidson Dealership.When a bike sits for 8 weeks without being looked at and there is no real intention of looking at it something is definitely wrong.When bike was dropped off for warranty work was told there were a few bikes in front of me. Totally understandable. But after a month told 5 bikes in front of me, six weeks told two bikes with torn down motors in front of me. Only a few days later told queue was cleared and plan was to start troubleshooting my bike in next couple of days. Two weeks later still not started and told two bike in front of me again.This dealership had no intention of looking at my bike in my opinion. When talking to the service rep he showed no concern or interest in resolving the ongoing issue I have had with bike loosing power when letting off throttle.Bike was picked up and moved to a different dealership after sitting for 8 weeks.

I ride a Harley. Been riding 45 + years, and there's a certain "code" bikers live by. You ALWAYS help others; ESPECIALLY bikers. I went in to ask for a small donation to auction to assist a friend dying of cancer, and they couldn't be bothered. Shame on them. My friend has since died, so I guess they're off the hook.

I bought my 2022 Street Glide ST. Last Saturday, well from sales to service to parts and Motor clothes that are hands down the best in the Business, well today I went in to get a part for my tail lights they had to order and I got there, handed them the Fob and off it went to Andrew. From now on I won’t let anyone touch it except him or anyone he’s supervising. And as far as Craig well not enough can be said about the way he handles business. The GM runs a tight ship and you always see him on the floor. You either have it one way or another at a Harley Shop well at Roughneck start to finish they’ve got you covered
