Love this place! Jamie is the best teacher and Cache loves learning in his classes here! He went from a scary cat-dog to 30 week later in therapy dog classes. Cannot wait to see what happens next! Great to buy online and get it brought out to the car if I just can’t go in that day! Always pleasant and great customer service!

I've brought our dogs in for grooming a few times and i like the convenience.I love that we can schedule online, pay online but i dislike that we can't give tips unless we have cash on hand.Brooke is awesome! Jaycie P. is knowledgeable, and Chelsea S. is the guru lol. Great peeps.

We stopped in today to check out the reptiles and I decided to review. Glad I did, because this is one of the nicer PetSmart stores I’ve been in. It’s clean and neat and super well organized. The staff were great with the kids and even brought out a dog to do some tricks.Pricing is good and the inventory or massive. It’s like a Pet Department Store.They had a really good sale on their kittens and with the Club Perks card you can get additional discounts on a lot of the items.

I took my 2lb puppy to get groomed here. There was one other dog at the facility at the time and three groomers. It took the groomer 5 hours to groom my dog and then they tried to charge me over $60.00!! When I spoke with the manager, she informed me that the size didn’t matter, when in fact, size absolutely matters! She finally agreed to take the extra $20 off my bill, but I should’ve never had to argue with her or even ask her to do so!When I went to the front of the store to pay for the services, two employees were shocked that it took so long to groom him and the charges that were made. What a horrible experience.

My husband and I have enrolled our dogs in training courses here, 10/10 recommend! Jamie Fenton, the trainer, is amazing at what she does. We've also brought our pups here for grooming and will be returning. Friendly people and great service every time.

Had our baby Yorkie groomed... Chelsea did a great job!!! Picked up a new harness & toy of course... Was asked twice if I needed assistance & check out was a breeze... The cashier was both friendly & polite... Nice... 🐕🐶 💗

I went to get a betta. I have a tank with some fish already, and the guy helping me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him my tank theme is Batman, and he even helped me name my fish! Mr. Freeze will be loved and spoiled!

The grooming department is always personable and they do a good job on my large (120 lbs) dog. The rest of the store is a standard pet store. They'll have what you need for the average family pet.

I love this place for grooming! I took Rascal in today and Julia was so kind and patient with him being nervous. She walked me through a couple of things that she noticed in his spa day and recommend some good products. I love the friendly faces and the workers faces light up when they see your pup! ❤️❤️

I visited this particular salon twice before. Once for my puppy's first grooming, then for his first cut. I was satisfied then. I couldn't get an appointment with my groomer so I went back to PetSmart.HORRIBLE CUT ...my Yorkie looks gapped and choppy . His face is shaggy and uneven. I wasted 60 dollars...I wish I could give 0 stars.

It's hard to find an employee to help you. However, if your in the fish area look for a young man with spacers in his ears. His name I believe is Steve or Steven. He is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. He does make shopping here pleasant. This store needs more like him.

The website misinformed me therforefalse advertisement. They stated they would bathe, groom face, feet and fanny. After I picked up my dog the tech had only bathe her and had someone do the fanny. They did not do her face and feet. If you're going to advertise something follow through.

I was not satisfied with the results of the service I received for my dog. The groomer named Bella cut my dog hair lower than what I asked for. She cut her hair uneven and very close to her skin. She nipped her several places and her front paws were cut but not grounded and her back paws were not cut at all. The service was very poor and I am not satisfied.

So huge, so much options for my dog items I was pricing for a future purchase. Love it!!! Only thing I had issues with was one cash register was open, and the employee was off doing other tasks and took 4 minutes before even looking up to notice me and another lady standing there. And the muzzle selection was not much to what I was expecting to see. But everything what was great.

I'm updating my rating on this store. It used to be a great place to buy fish but now every time I go the goldfish/ koi fish are sick or have a parasite problem. My most recent visit most of the betas were dead or sick,and a portion of the other fish were dead or looked unhealthy.

Decent place! Selection was good, we found everything we needed, but couldn’t find any assistance for finding one item! I did find the manager sitting in her office eating lunch, and we all have to eat, she was very nice to answer my question and told me they no longer carried the product I needed!So o er all a good experience!

Last few times I've been in they don't have what I need its been out of stock. Some of the girls that work here are very sweet but most of the guys that work here were rude af. To the point I almost walked out of the store he was so rude. If I had another place that sells what I need I would probably never go in this store solely based on the staff and how unprofessional they can be.
