They have so facelifted this store since they bought it from Wallys Party Factory! It is so organized and so easy to find everything! The Staff is AWESOME! It's my new go to store for any Occasion!

One employee was very friendly and helpful. The other employee was rude and told us we couldn't check out at her register. We had to go to another cashier so the people who were behind us could check out first. She wasn't very polite either. I guess she thought friends or family came before the customers.

Not really impressed with this store. The last time I went in there I was told that they didn't have helium and didn't know when they would get any but that they could sell me the balloons. Employees seem either stressed or bored. I don't like the set up. I guess I'm used to having it all grouped together like parties plus does. I'll still go and shop there. I have always enjoyed shopping party city online though.Update- We went in here during Halloween and received so much help! I don't know the guys name but he kept helping us until we were satisfied with our costume. So nice! I'm giving 5 stars.

They had better costumes, and at better prices. I just wish they had more latex masks for sale. Overall it was a good, the staff what's friendly, and try to make sure we found what we wanted. They went the extra mile. Only regret they didn't have a costume in my nephews size. But was informed I can order from online and send it straight to the store and I'll pick it up from there.

I had items to return and I misplaced my receipt so I called the store to see if they could pull it up with my email. They were able to pull it up. However once I made it to the store which wasn't long after I got off the phone; my receipt was no longer there. My name came up in the system but no receipt. So now they wanna give me a store credit. I don't normally shop there so I don't need a credit

So happy that Longview FINALLY got a party city. This town has had awful choices for party supplies, and so I couldn’t be happier. Went in this week, and loved the different theme and decor options. Shelves were well stocked and employees were helpful. Very happy with this store.

These first thing I heard walking in was welcome to the party and I kinda laughed but the gentlemen with a long beard I think Kurt was at the counter was so helpfull in finding what I wanted and very polite. My first time ever going to party city and will be my new go to store to get things. Kurt thank you for bieng nice and helpful wish there were more people like you!

Love using their "buy online" option and just doing a same day pick up. So much easier. Don't pass up giving the store a walk through though, as they have so much to offer.

I am a disabled person The man at the register was very rude and a smart mouth all i asked was do you have a restroom instead of just saying no he was very rude about it and said some smart you now what answer . I mean a simple no would do the tirck

Great store, good prices but service questionable. Front counter cashiers busy talking about personal concerns and work related issues not being met. Checked out, no warm welcome, no thank and not concerned if we found what we needed.

Compassionate, helpful staff, lots of awesome things of all sorts to make any occasion go off like fireworks! The prices are very reasonable as well, and I was able to decorate a room with spectacular Hawaiian Luau -type accents that made for a great cheer-up before I underwent podiatric surgery. Thanks so much!!!

I gave it four stars only because I don't like that they have taken away the themed section of party supplies. There seems to be more characters than actual themes for example cupcakes or donut themed or firefighter themed. The balloon prices are extremely high but I typically just go in for candy boxes or even serving wear for parties.

Wide variety of decor. I was thinking more costumes used to be on the shelves and now they have a wall with pics and prices and they will go get the size for you. Of the costumes that were out... I was searching for Dr Suess for a 9 yr old... No Cat in the Hat for children which is kinda crazy but I made it work with the Adult Small stuff that they had..

My daughter bought balloons and one of the employees was more concerned with going on her break rather than helping customers, and another employee acted as of it was beneath her to fill the balloons... they didn't put a weight on the balloons so when my daughter was taking the balloons to her car, she lost a bunch of them ... I think if the employees would have went the extra step as to put a weight on the balloons or even help her to her car, it would have meant a lot... I will take my business else where

I would strongly suggest for everyone to go there. They different variety of stuff and it's price is very reasonable. They are a lot better than Wally Party 🎉 Factory. This store 🏪 is very clean and friendly.

Out of stock of what i needed, and spent $50 on only a part of my supplies. I think it's overpriced and ended up looking at walmart and dollar tree instead. The balloons are good but i paid $12 for one balloon.

Nice store. The only thing i disliked was being watched on just about every turn. At first i didnt think anything abt it. But by the 3rd time i was asked by the same workers when i told them already i was ok. They would even play it off by playing with the merchandise putting it down turning around quickly and asking can i help you. I felt uncomfortable. Idont know if it was because im Hispanic or what. I hate to jump to that conclusion but The vibe felt different compared to other stores when they ask if they can help..felt Like i was doing something wrong. I didnt feel like shopping or just looking anymore. And to give a idea i had on a dress. I didnt have my purse just my phone and card. I couldn't of stole something even if i wanted to.. i made me mad so much i felt like i should of been rude to her but i just left.

Open when the sign reads you will open. Otherwise you won't be in Longview long. Well, at 9:39 a young man with a drink and key appears. I asked what time they opened today, Memorial Day? He replies "9:00 am." And then locked the door behind him. I raised my voice and asked if he was opening and he says "Just a minute." Then, in another minute young hot shot lady finally opens the door at 9:41. I asked about the sign. " Oh, just a misprint. ". Very nonchalantly. Then she says " We aren't even supposed to be open today. It's a national holiday." I hope all the construction workers and Amtrak drivers and Walmart workers know if you are getting paid you don't HAVE a holiday!!! Little miss hit shot needs to be fired. I'm just praying she is not the manager. Will NEVER go to Party City in Longview, Tx again. Thank you, home owned Parties Plus for for being a top notch store!!!

Very disappointed their site stated that they had things that they did not have we even looked at the website for the Longview store and I had to apologize because these things were either boxed up or they just didn't have them and you're trying to give your grandson a birthday party and you thought you could get it there because the website said that it wasn't sure and in the store it states that they have two of them but it's either packed up or we really don't have them doesn't help very much for your grandson's birthday
