Had a screw driver forced into my tire. Individuals within the store refused to show me who did it on surveillance camera. This happened a few years ago. Now, there a few employees and some employers who let me know that there is a serious personal issue with me. Not sure why, but I appreciate the others who have not attempted to bully me or install fear. Aside from the weird stuff, the food products are awesome.

Can't find a better place to purchase chemical free food products. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. Best place to study at their library files.

This Longview store stands out among the Natural Grocers chain. Well stocked, clean, organized, well managed. Lots of clean, organic choices. Their supplement section has everything I’ve ever needed. Always easy to find help. Their pricing is the best of the healthy choice type stores and I been to all of them in the country.

I’m so glad I found this place! I found out this year I am allergic to gluten and dairy. I live almost an hour from the store but after months of ordering online from varies places, AWW I was in grocery heaven! It was worth the drive and for those they say it’s too pricey, I’ve been paying about the same or more on these special sites!! I will be making this a definite grocery stop from now on! Not to mention great customer service! The staff was extremely nice! I have food to eat!!

I really like this place because they have the types of foods that I can have, including cheese. But the reason why I am giving this place of five star review is because of their customer service. The people truly care about you and they want to provide the best service they can possible. One day when I was leaving this place, my wallet dropped on the ground without me noticing and one of the ladies kindly took it and waited for me to come back for it. I want to give a shout-out to Maryanne at the Longview storefor being so kind and patient! Her service was wonderful and I'll never forget it!

This is my favorite grocery store in Texas and I visit weekly. The whole staff is beautiful and goes the extra mile to make their customers feel welcome. Cindy has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home every time I step foot inside. Her warm + down to earth demeanor lights up the whole place.

Store is clean and staff are nice. one of the coffees I got in a bottle was already expired but I didn’t see that until after. The pickles I bought was set to expire in a week after buying (I didn’t see that either) but 1/4 the pickles were already discolored and going bad. Pickles should last minimum 6-8 weeks before going bad because of the brine so it must have been sitting on the shelves a long time. The eggs said 1.99 but I was charged 3.99 For the price of things in the store it’s upsetting to be sold expired or bad items.

It was my first time ever being in a Natural Grocers store.The selection is top notch. The staff where all very friendly and knowledgeable.When I needed to know what certain vitamins where. They knew and took me to them. They could even tell me where each end cap with that exact product was. If I wanted more options.I was impressed.

I’m afraid that our days as customers at Natural Grocers have come to an end. My sweet wife was treated with haughtiness and condescension when she didn’t understand how something rang up and asked for an explanation. The young woman working behind the counter was so impolite. When she called for managerial help over the stores loudspeaker system, she spoke loudly and in a very angry manner. It was embarrassing. And the manager could only say that the girl was having a long day. That’s not an excuse for rudeness…not to the people who are keeping your store in business. Frankly, we were shocked that we were treated so poorly.

Love this place. All their fruits and veggies are organic. They have good sales and a variety of vegan and gluten free options. They have a plethora of minerals and vitamins. The employees have a great knowledge base. They are always willing to help and they know their stuff. We willingly drive 45 minutes to get things we need here.

I was looking for nutritional yeast for a vegan meatloaf recipe, and when I couldn't find it at any of the local stores, I remembered I had NG on a to-visit list and gave them a call; I was not only able to find the yeast thanks to the helpful staff, but I also found some really great vegan products that I couldn't find locally, which was a major win-win!While I couldn't spend as much time as I wanted browsing the aisles due to time constraints, the time I did spend there was pleasant; the store was clean, there were full-sized shopping carts and smaller hand-held baskets; I really appreciate this cause not many stores offer baskets anymore, and there's times that I don't need to lug around a cart for 12 items or less, and staff were very friendly, helpful, and nearby when I needed them.Prices were reasonable in my opinion, but considering this is a small store that sells organic, vegan, and otherwise healthy foods that's free of processed junk, your mileage/budget could vary shopping here, but I still encourage everyone to stop by and look around (I definitely will be stopping by again).I'm sure everyone can find something to enjoy here, regardless of their diet preferences.

Clean inviting store. Large selection of products. The produce section is amazing. Very little wait time for check out but you will need your own grocery bags. The parking lot is easy to maneuver and plenty of parking spaces. The staff is professional and helpful. They are visible and easily to get assistance. Very pricey.

Coming from California, I was super impressed w this place! Wayyyyy better selection of vitamins / supplements etc than Whole Foods. Great selection on other products as well. Awesome to see this in eastern texas, just shocked how amazing this store is! I’ll definitely be back.

I love this place! The employees are very nice and helpful, the store is always clean, the selection and variety are pretty good, and the prices are decent. I still order some staples online because Thrive Market and Brandless have better prices on quite a few but for what it is, NG is fantastic.The one thing I wish they'd improve is the produce department. It's very small with a pretty limited selection and since most of my grocery money is spent in that department I still have to shop other places.

Natural Grocers is amazing. This location went up fairly recently and I'm glad they did. The selection is great. The inside is always clean and is kept organized with no clutter. There is a strong area in the back for teens and kids to sit and read while the other does their shopping. Boxes up front for those who have more than a handful of groceries.

Nice and clean, wasnt extremely busy so you didnt have to worry about being too close to people. Prices are decent for organic foods. They have a good selection of foods that are fresh and shelf stable. Also a good selection of personal hygiene items, homeopathic items and supplements.

My suggestion for this store is to acquire competent, qualified and courteous cashiers. They are relentless in hiring the rudest and uncivilized workers. This store is the only one of its kind in the Longview area, making it impossible for me to shop elsewhere. I am very particular about the products used internally and externally so unfortunately my hard earned money is spent with rude and undisciplined people. May God send healthier options to the Longview area. By the way the person who could benefit from more professional training name is Philip. 12/26/2022Earlier Submissions below:I asked the cashier named Brittany to charge the total in two processes...one on my debit card and the other cash...she didn't..she billed the entire amount on my card causing my account to go into overdraft ..incompetence and inconsideration.This place is generally ok to shop in. However, there are cashiers who are untrained who make the experience challenging. Kelly is quite rude and never speaks nor greets at checkout.
