BUYERS BEWAREI went to return an item that I specifically asked staff about. It did not preform the task I bought it for and now they will not allow me to return the item. The store manager came over and had a smirk. She did not listen to the issue and just stuck her hands in her pockets. She did not care that her staff lead me incorrectly (after chasing them through the store). I was told I was now stuck with the item. She just kept saying nope we will not return the item while leaning back on a counter refusing to actually listen to the issue. Customer service is atrocious here, if you can call it service. The smugness and smirking was not needed as well as telling me I’m now stuck with the items. I can now see with a manager like that, why I had to literally chase two employees around the store to ask a question about the item before purchasing. It’s clear that being rude to customers is more important then actual service. Please improve your staff, their attitude and practice professionalism.Plus selling items that are broken or missing so make sure you look items over fully before buying. (Found this within 5 min in the store..)

Store is clean, staff is nice but they never have the shirts I need. It's never stocked no matter what day I've gone on or what time. Better off ordering from them online plus they don't carry over 2x

Minus the employees following my grandfather and I around like we we were stealing or going to steal... Once they saw us get in line to check out they kinda switched up then ha. But they have a relatively good selection of everything I was in search of, jewelry making supplies, resin crafting and a million other things I didn't need.

I've been coming to this store for years and years, and I can't think of a single complaint. Nearly all of my painting supplies I get at this store, and I can fairly easily find everything I need when I need it. Also haven't met an employee here that wasn't nice.

I went to purchase beads to make earrings. I found a great set of beads that looked to be an amazing price, but when I went to pay they rang up for $20 more than what I thought. I explained to the cashier that there was an entire display sitting where this price was and we walked over to look. Not only was the wrong price with this display, but the 3 other price tags near them weren't the correct price either. She informed me that she could not give them to me at that price, but could give me a 20% discount. I did not buy the beads! It was not my mistake that the entire display was in the wrong place with the wrong price.

Update.My ordered online and prepared an order.With on-line orders.All I had to do was walk in and show the clerk by the door my wife's order number...go over to a wall of online order tubs. Pull the tub. Pull out her order...hand the tub to the same clerk. And walkout the door.That is easy pickup.I am very impressed. Thank you.I am getting to be a regular shopper here.Very helpful staff show me to what my wife wants on her list for me.Well stocked. Easy access.Quick service.

I checked their app and it showed an item in stock that I wanted. I went in the store and couldn't find it on the shelves. I asked an employee about it and she looked it up. She went in the back to physically check and found it! I was thankful she took the time to search.

Had a UPS package to send pre paid. Easy transaction. Casier scanned the label and asked for my phone number twice and the transaction was done. So easy! They even taped the box for me. I just moved and couldn't find my packing tape.

Michael's is one of my favorite stores. I honestly can stay in this store for hours. Every time I go I find more neat craft stuff who knew they made. If you need any kind of arts and crafts supplies, you must go to Michael's. Most of there products are affordable and they offer a wide variety of their merchandise especially of paints, markers, cricut vinyl and numerous other craft supplies.

Great selection of paints and love that they sell pens,markers and such separately....but they are out of stock nearly all of them a majority of the time though. Wished whoever runs the store would be on top of that,I would come way more often if so.

I went to this Michael’s location solely for the UPS Access Point, and not one, but two different people had no clue what they were doing. Nobody could figure out how to simply scan the package, or give me any type of receipt. Huge waste of time going here if you plan on using their UPS Access Point service. Why even offer the service if nobody can do something as simple as scanning a package to ship?
