Edit: I've noticed that management cares about their customers' input/opinions and suggestions. As previously stated, I eat here at least once a week, if not more. I've noticed that there are a few people walking the floor checking to see if you need a refill or if there is anything you need. It's just a nice "Southern Hospitality Flare" that totally changes the atmosphere. Everyone join me and leave a tip, hand them a few $$$ for making your dining experience all the better. Thank you, McAlister's management(Allison & Jordan at this location, she's amazing!)for actually reading my review. I found it important to add this edit. It's wonderful to see the smiling faces drop by your table a couple of times just to check on you and see if you need anything. Also, a new wheelchair ramp (see pictures) has been put in place, and it's so much easier to get on the sidewalk. The tables have been removed from in front of the ♿️ parking so I can get out of the vehicle and if I'm in my wheelchair I have plenty of room to roll on the sidewalk and safely get into the restaurant.💕 It feels good to change it to 5 ⭐️'s!Great food choices! Best tea in Texas!! Many things have changed over the years, but one thing that's stayed the same is the quality of their food. Let me not forget, you will always walk through the door and see smiling faces. I truly wanted to give this particular restaurant 5 ⭐️'s because I'm here at least once a week. But often times I have to use my wheelchair and I struggle to get into the restaurant bec there are tables on the sidewalk in front of the handicap parking. I also have to find someone to help me to use their restroom because I can't open the door. Even if I'm using my forearm crutches, I can't open the door. Lately (last 6 months), it has been very rare that someone will come by your table and ask if you'd like a refill or if you need anything. I know most people don't leave a tip on the table, but we give a tip to any person that stops at our table. I'm not sure if thecompany policy changed or what happened, but it has changed the atmosphere in the restaurant. Here's what keeps us coming back: amazing food with a lot of food choices, smiling faces, their tea, and we love the rewards from the app that's very easy to use. If you are hungry, download the app and head over to McAlister's!Parking: During meal time, it's almost impossible to get a parking spot. Be careful there are a lot of fender bendersWheelchair accessibility: The bathroom is often wet, so be careful if you are using any walking aides they will slide on the floor. It is very hard to get in the bathroom in a wheelchair and the rows between tables are hard to fit your wheelchair.

This was my first time coming here, so I didn’t really know what I wanted. The lady taking our order ( karley) was not helpful and had an attitude the whole time, rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. I asked if the chili was good and she replied “ I don’t know “ with an attitude. She also had an attitude with the rest of my family. Very rude!

they used to be really good but have gotten SUPER stingy with the meat. they also use trickery by putting a thick layer JUST on the edge of where they cut (middle) so it looks like you have meat but open up and its almost bare…see my pic. EVERY other sandwich shop you get an even, decent layer and amount of meat. they’ve done this the last two times I’ve gone…sad because the cranberry club used to be my favorite sandwich

I just got an Uber order about an hour ago from you guys! Whoever prepared my wife’s garden fresh Turkey sandwhich literally just prepared and served a customer molded bread!!! If you’re the one that prepared this….I can just imagine what kind of person you are. 🤢 This town is just downright disgusting these days. This was one of our favorite places to eat. Was! Just wow.

I order from here almost everyday I normally do curbside pickup, but do to circumstances I wasn’t able to make it so I decided to get my food delivered today. I order a custom club wrap with cheddar and pepper jack etc. when I received my order not only did I not get smoke ham as I requested but I didn’t get any cheese at all. Just turkey only. Very disappointed. This is like my go to food here. 3 stars because the rest of my order was correct.

I would have given 5 stars, but there were no tables inside so we had to sit outside in the heat. Also, the outside area where we sat was by the road. It was very loud. The food was excellent. I ordered half a Reuben and a veggie spud. It was under $8 for my meal. The tea is $2.19. It is served in a very large cup and you get free refills.

Take out - for the second time, entered the deli to let the staff know we were there, the response "we're working on your order". After waiting, looked at the take out rack and found our food was there before we entered the building and it was already cold.The sandwich was good, but if you're going to charge a higher price, don't leave 1/3 of the bread empty with no meat or cheese. 2 Strikes and we're thru.

Ordered one of their potatoes as part of a work group lunch. When it arrived and I started to eat, discovered there was mold on it. Since this was picked up and brought by a coworker. I notified my fellow workmates to inspect their food. Took pictures and filed a complaint with corporate. Never received so much as an email or apology back. So now I'm filing this review. Used to love this place, but food has gone downhill and favorite menu item discontinued. After a moldy potato, I'm done. Hopefully they turn it around.

Lizeth is the only employee at this location that continues to speak with a negative tone to customers. Everyone else is great to deal with, with the exception of her. It’s not necessarily the things she says, but her tone. I normally wouldn’t leave a review, but this is how she is every single time I have interaction with her and I visit this location multiple times a week. I also noticed she spoke will the same ill manner to the customer after me. Hopefully management sees this and addresses it.

We loved our experience at McAlister's Deli. We were a big group who hadn't seen each other in years. The two managers were great!! They allowed us to talk while continuously checking to make sure our needs were met.The food was great!! Several of us had salads and found them to be fresh and loaded with a variety of delicious ingredients. Others found their soup and sandwiches equally pleasing.We would definitely eat here again!!

First off the manager is extremely polite.The service was great! From the counter to the table everyone was extremely helpful.Now let’s talk food that’s what we are all here for lol…. The new steak and pepper sandwich was great! And the tomato soup and grilled cheese was cooked to perfection.Noise level was not bad the music is not overwhelming.The restaurant is clean and. Bathrooms are nice overall this is a good place to eat. If you are looking for a good variety of sandwiches.this is the place to go!!Service 5⭐️ Food 4.5 ⭐️ Restaurant 5⭐️ Overall 5⭐️

I start this review with the complaint that the wheelchair ramp is inaccessible due to the fact that there are two tables and multiple chairs blocking it. This is truly unacceptable. The building is too small for that many tables and chairs and it is crowded. The service was good and the food came out quickly. The sandwiches were delicious but the Mac and cheese is some canned soupy disgustingness mess! Don’t buy that I took one bite and was done with it! I may or may not come back I am really not sure at this point.
