Military Monday Discount is a joke !! Shopped there today ( for the last time) and was denied my military discount as they said it didn't apply to what I purchased. Either give the military a discount or don't !! I urge all veterans and active duty military to boycott Kohl's !! This is discrimination in my view !!!

No one greets anymore or asks if you need help. I only buy at Kohls when there's no other place to buy the items I need. It seems they always have new checkers & it takes longer. Their equipment is always needing repairs.

Very nice store BUT, if you need customer service or the bathroom take a lunch or bring a bicycle!! It's a LOOONNNGGG way to the rear of the store.

Raymond was extremely polite and helpful as we checked out. He carried on conversation with my granddaughter during the checkout and explained to her the reasons for the sounds being made automatically. It was information I didn't know, but had never asked. Thank you Raymond.

So far not good. Your prices seem higher and you got rid of a set of checkouts. So higher prices and longer lines to check out. Good for the bottom line bad for shoppers.

Kohls... Always find what I'm looking for. I like that the store is easy to shop. It's bright, clean, organized and everything is within reach. The Big & Tall section is somewhat limited. All the employees are cheerful, helpful and courteous. I received 30.00 in Kohls Cash.. Looking forward to coming back if I make it by Thursday I get an additional 15% off. Yay for me & Kohls. Allie is one one my favorite employee's that works at Kohls, she always treats you like a valued customer! She is always smiling, greeting you, acting respectful and professional! I love that Kohls gives you a discount when you return Amazon products through their stores site. You can kill two birds with one stone. Do a quick Amazon return, then shop & save at Kohls!

After experiencing the Kohl's in Albuquerque (awful), the store in Longview is clean, well merchandised, and relatively well stocked. Didn't buy anything but going back tomorrow to spend a little more time.

We had seen an item on clearance for $5 online and pick up in store for free...so I asked cashier if I could get that item in store at the price of $5 instead of the regular price of $20 or would i need to just do it online...the cashier checked and said that it wasn't supposed to go on sale in store until the 30th, but the cashier honored the online price anyways for the clearance price of $5 each...so I saved $45 and paid $15 for the 3 that I purchased... Super happy and glad I asked...the cashier was super kind and sweet...good clean store and friendly staff...
