I used to love shopping at JCPenney. I went in 2 times within a month and had to walk around to find help. The last time I was there, the dressing room was closed in the department I was in, and I couldn't even find a women's slip, a simple slip...wow. They didn't have anything I was looking for, which is not how I remember a store like JCPenney ever being like. Yes, I was kind of disappointed.

Not enough cashiers. Ask 3 times to get checked out and was sent to the same place each time. That cashier was having problems with her register which led to a long wait. I love to shop at Penny's, but it is so hard to get waited on.

They have really good deals not just around the holidays I love shopping here it's a really nice store I got what I came for the other day and it was the last one left and it smells really good and to the young ladies in the beauty department you both are awesome!!!

I always find a deal in here for the clothes. Love the big men section as well as the plus size for little girls. Always a variety of fashions and name brand in all sizes. My go to store for school shopping.

Hadn't been to JC Penney in years. I was impressed. Things have changed. This isn't a grandma store anymore. Nice modern, up to date clothes and accessories. I'm gonna shop here more often.

Best sales for the quality! My favorite spot is the 70% clearance rack. It takes a minute to go through it all, but it's absolutely worth it. Clothes that last and a variety of brands. I appreciate that there are many types of styles here, not just teen or woman's, but also sporty and dresses too!!! I always get my ourses here. They last longer!

If you have issues with JCPenney Salon, be aware that the manager in charge of resolution is not an expert in hair or cosmetology. Samantha was in charge of my resolution but I challenged her decision making and asks to get a regional manager involved or someone else to get a better perspective to evaluate my issue. Sometimes people become bias or take things personal, instead of finding a good resolution. Good luck, zero stars

I liked the shopping in store. They have a lot of merchandise...I bought a black & gray V striped Sweater Dress.Love the dress.. Will go again soon. Was a great price by the way.

JCPenny is like most department stores. They aren't wheelchair friendly. But I have to give it to this particular store, there was more room in between clothing racks and shelves, IN SOME AREAS, than in 98% of the other department stores. Unfortunately, there were numerous times that I got stuck and wasn't able to get to where I was trying to get to. We were buying things for my daughters dorm and would have spent more time and made more purchases, but I won't buy what I can't wheel up to and look at. Again, this store was better than most department stores. Aside from not being wheelchair accessible, it was very clean, and every employee I spoke to was extremely friendly.

I have never had such a bad experience. I was charged $30 for a deep conditioning I didn’t ask for, they also charged my 11yr old $20 for the same treatment without checking with me…the person paying. I left the salon with soggy wet hair and had to come home and blow it out and straighten it. $255 down the drain. Went in to get my highlights touched up, and my hair is so orange and brassy. No manager available to discuss the issue and was told just use purple shampoo!! I included a picture of my hair from December before it was touched in Feb 2023 for comparison. Waiting to hear from a manager since one was not available, I was told I would hear from her when she returns Monday. When asked about charges cashiers legit answer was I don’t know. I asked was the $10 charge for long hair for me or my daughter…rudely replied I don’t know.Updated: I added photos from the next day (today-sunday).Updated: called Monday Feb 6th, was told Makeena(sp?) the manager was not at her desk and would call me when she got on. This was at 11:40am, when they opened at 11. 3 days on a row, no manager. Interesting.

I haven't been to JC Penneys in years, we got up at 5:00am for the Black Friday sale, this is the first store we went to and they gave us a $10.00 off coupon when we came in the store. They had everything marked down really well, and I got two presents for two people for Christmas. I will be going back to shop more frequently, I really like the prices and the clothes.

They are really update at the store since the last time I was their security was on site at the dressing room the staff was very helpful in allowing me to walk around and helping me find the product I was looking for thank you for your service and your time as I had a very good time in this particular store

I found some good sales and bought two pairs of slacks and a couple of tops. The clerk asked if I wanted to use my coupon and waited for me to pull it up on my app. I wouldn't have remembered to use the coupon if she had t asked me about it! I do recommend shopping here.

So for the most part I am glad to see it so clean. The deals are always on point. Only part was it was hard to find an associate for help on certain items. I noticed some younger staff would see me approaching and they would kinda take off in the back. I did get asked if I needed help by a manager and my cashier who was middle aged woman was super sweet. So that helped even it out. Overall I enjoyed it. The dressing rooms were clean.

I found some really great black Friday deals all over the store. There were plenty of employees there to help me. When it was time for me to check out, the line was not too long. I plan on going back for another round of shopping to finish up my Christmas shopping list. The items are good quality and the prices are right.

The store was clean and well organized but it was hot. This was the second time I have been here in the past two weeks and I was sweating before I had been in the store for 20 minutes. One of the associates said it is always hot in the ladies wear section.The cashiers had fans at their counters to help keep them cool.

So tired of getting coupons and $10 rewards and everytime go to use them am told they won't work for one reason or another. To many restrictions anymore. Used to be able to use a $10 reward on any $10 or more purchase...not anymore.

Still needs some training with their staff on providing good customer service. They are getting better as I have been going to this store for 10+ years. It used to be a LOT worse, couldn't get help, rude cashiers. But, getting better

My husband and I shopped at JCPenney recently. We were taken aback that prices are higher than they should be, and quality is not as high as it was a few years ago. We have shopped at JCPenney stores for more than thirty years, and this shopping trip was disappointing. The lines were long, and the computer system had issues processing payments/look-ups. The store was clean, but the atmosphere was off-putting because an employee was loudly flirting with a customer in the middle of the store. She was so loud that she sounded like she was yelling. It wasn't an experience we want to repeat, even though we purchased four pair of shoes for two of our granddaughters.

Store is very dirty and in dire need of a remodel. Went to go do a checkout in the jewelry section because cash registers and JCPenney's are not tied to their Department and are able to bring up anything from inside the store. I was told that I couldn't check out in the jewelry department.
