So I went up there this morning on January 9th 2024, tried to pawn my 300 dollar laptop, there is a mixed guy up there with curly hair, offered me 60 asked for more, he tells me if I take it to the pawn shop where I got it most times they will give you back half, so I did but I got it 7 months ago so they said that time period expired, and offered me ten dollars less, on that note I went back to insta, the curly hair mixed guy a little on the chubby side proceeded to give me the 60 then says " actually since I tried to give you the 60 a minute ago and you didn't take it in going to have to decline on your offer" which left me completely puzzled, since he was the one who suggested I try somewhere else in there first place, told a few friends and shockingly they all had their own negative experiences with the same guy, guys in order to actually do business in going to suggest Cash America, I went there and got 75.00 they run a business and are respectful unlike insta cash.

The guys working there are nice enough and get the job done. I do have one complaint though. I did a pawn on my long gun which had a battery powered optic attached. Before even going into the store I made sure to turn off my optic. When I returned to pick up my item after 30 days time my optic had a dead battery. I am of the belief that the employ checked to make sure the optic functioned and neglected to turn it back off therefore leaving it on for the whole time causing my battery to die. Also, after I handed over my long gun he checked the barrel to make sure it was clear, but left the bolt locked to the rear. All in all I'd be cautious if I were to do another pawn, and be more observant to how they handle my weapons.

Amazing customer service. Came in and needed to pawn something. Everyone was knowledgeable and accommodating. Service was very quick. The store itself is laid our nicely, clean, organized and prices look to be on point. Definitely recommend as a great local pawn shop.

He also made it a point to greet me as I walked through the door and helped me process my transaction in a timely manner. A year ago this place was rough. But when Melissa took over management I have seen it come back to life. They staff is friendly and helpful. Their prices are amazing! This store has really turned around and become a place I will shop more often!

Horrible management.. Very displeased.. I was told a could not purchase a laptop out on the counter (even though it was priced and on display). They said that it had to be inspected and reset and I asked how long it would take. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I said I will buy it as is or be back in 30-40 minutes to buy at full priceand they told me to come back to purchase it. I returned 30 minutes later and was told it was just sold. I talked to the manager Vanessa and was told they couldn't offer me any resolution, suggestions etc... I've been a good customer at this Insta cash location buying a minimum of a few hundred dollars in electronics every month to other month. I won't be back and I'll tell me friends to avoid.

Slime ball behind the counter gave me a price for an item then changed the price when I went to pay for it! I won’t be back and don’t recommend going stick with cash America or first cash!

I have been coming here for 6 years now and today they totally screwed me. I simply asked the value of my item if I sold it versus pawning it and they offered me half. Then proceed to tell me that hurt my good customer reputation!?!? BULL CRAPGO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR BUSINESS!

I heard people was talking about their service, pretty bad, so i went to see if it was true... but i think they need someone with more experience on checking merchandice for someone that needs a loan, today i just went by to see if they give me a price for my daughters clarinete, one lady check it out, but then she ask the manager for his opinion he dint even look at the clarinete, he just told the lady 20, then she came and told me we can give you at leat $20 dollars, i said 20, she goes yes, i told her this is a 2,400 dollar clarinete, i guess its true what people said about them they dont know crap, they just want to rip somebody off, i will make sure my fam and friends know about this, but i dont recomend this place to no one!!! But the way i went by tatum music and told them i want to sell the clarinete back because my daughter dont used no more and what was the value they told me i can sell it for 1,784$$$$
