My cats favorite spa when we are out of town. She loves the beds they give her to snuggle in, and her penthouse suite has a view of the dog run. She likes to sit and watch them. They treat her so well there and send us photos while she stays to keep us updated.

The entire staff at Gindy’s has been excellent with my Cane Corso- she started out a very aggressive puppy with separation anxiety. After exposing her to doggy daycare and a few visits to the resort, she’s a completely different pup! Now she’s only aggressive when she SHOULD be. They are all amazing and so friendly. My pup is always happy when I pick her up and well taken care of.Their indoor suites are awesome and the camera system allows you to check in on your furr baby whenever you want to!

Great place to get dogs groomed and boarded. Always super nice and helpful and keep you updated on what is happening with your pet. Only issue was a medication syringe getting thrown away but they have been great since then

We have a 12 year old Chihuahua with arthritis and when we take our baby to Gindy's for a bath they take the utmost care of her. They listen to us about any current health issues and take that into consideration when bathing her. She comes home happy and its obvious that she feels good. Gindy's is the only place we will take our Baby for a bath or grooming.

This place is amazing. The staff greets you immediately. This has to be the best pet resort I have been to ever and we have been to a lot of them. My dogs have been to doggy day care there and I am boarding them for the first time next week. The resort is clean , friendly staff , very organized and they are over the top. I would definitely recommend them to pet owners who have spoiled dogs like we do!!!!

Great place to board your furry friend. They always seem to have an opening available. They send me pictures everyday of my little girl. You can schedule a bath and nail trim before picking up also so they are nice and fresh. Highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend Justin!! I have a German Shepherd who gets aggressive when grooming. Especially when it comes to her nails. Justin is always so patient with her and makes her feel so comfortable. Even though he knows her record he never treats her differently. He always shows so much love towards her. She is a dog who absolutely hates men but somehow Justin has won her heart. I will never take her to anyone else besides Justin!

I paid for my dog to be boarded in the “palace suite” When I got there to pick her up I asked to see the suite she was in. So a nice lady brought me to the wrong dog, then the palace suite where another wrong dog was. We searched all around the back for my dog. We found her outside in what looks like a pen for a animal shelter. I was infuriated... I would have never paid for the palace suite if my dog was going to be outside in a cell in 90+ degree weather. The managers answer was “oh the other dog only came in about a hour ago so Bella has only been outside a hour.” I asked her if they clean the pens in between dogs and she said “of course!” Well then my dog clearly was outside in this all metal empty pen with no water or food for more than a hour. I would have picked her up earlier all they had to do was be honest not tell me till 5:30. I paid for a oatmeal bath and my dog smells like dog so I don’t think they clean the pound cells thoroughly... getting her another grooming appointment elsewhere. My dog HATES getting in the car but was so happy to get in. Poor baby heard dogs barking caged up around her like she was in a pound, was in a hot metal cage with no food or water, and I’m so heartbroken with her treatment.Update 7/21/21Bella is now sick and has now been coughing since I got her back. They must not have sanitized their areas properly. I’ll be calling the vet to get back her vet records and see if they have any answers about this as soon as they open. She’s never been sick, always UTD on shots, and hasn’t been around any other people or dogs since being with them. So disappointed in myself for leaving her with this pound for a nightUpdate later 7/21/21The hospital took full responsibility. They gave me medicine for Bella’s kennel cough and credited me for her bath. They were very kind and understood why I was so upset. The manager let me know that she was going to make sure improvements were made next door so nobody would experience what we did.

Our Lucy (Labradoodle) is a beloved member of our family--so I was a bit anxious to find a reliable groomer who would take good care of her and give her a good experience on her the first puppy-cut. Justin blew me away with his kindness towards Lucy, taking time to answer my questions and giving me tips on some training ideas. Oh, and she looked gorgeous! Today I dropped Lucy off for her second grooming appointment and she was so excited to see Justin that she almost bolted out of my car! Needless to say, I'm going to be a long-term customer. In my book when my dog is as happy to see her groomer as she is her family--that's all that matters!

Gindys is fantastic. You get daily pictures of your fur babies and updates on anything going on with them. We had just moved to the area and were concerned that we would be unable to work with our disabled dog. They were fantastic with him.

I honestly love Justin he’s an amazing groomer who takes his time on the details he’s handled both of my dogs and anytime I had any questions about my Yorkie bambi he has always answered truthfully and suggested better options while making me knowledgeable about her and her fur. He’s also handled my pitbull Thor who doesn’t like men but Justin won his heart over and always took good care of him with gentle care and love !

My Great Dane LOVES his time spent at Gindy's Doggy Day Care!! I can drop him off and be assured he is in the best of care, and he gets supervised playtime with his doggie buddies! Also, if needed, he can get a bath and have his nails done. Total, Complete Service!!!

We've had two negative experiences with Gindy's and won't be back. The first was that our dog was exposed to a skin disease while she was in daycare and this wasn't communicating to us personally when we picked her up. It was written on her sheet so we only knew about it once we got home. The second was when we boarded both dogs, neither ate while they were there and we also weren't informed of this. So when we get home and their pee/poop habits are all messed up, we don't know why. I will not leave my dogs here. If you cannot communicate with me, then I don't trust you to keep my fur-babies safe and happy.

Today both of my dogs got a bath, after being told at first it couldn’t happen, Justin made it happen. I am so fond of him. He’s goes above and beyond for his clients and I appreciate that. I can’t imagine having the job groomers have. They literally break their backs for our fur babies. I so appreciate it.

Ella Kate loves all her 4-legged and 2-legged friends at Gindy’s! Her excitement is so obvious on the days she goes to “school”. The daycare program keeps her active and happy. I cannot recommend them enough! ❤️
