I stopped in to buy some faux camera lenses and you were out. So I beast going to get some faux security cameras instead. I went to the checkout and squeezed the toy and after several minutes no one had acknowledged me, so I start to leave and I heard someone say, "Hello". I turned to go back to the register and the lady asked in a rude tone, "Were you leaving?" I am in severe pain and a senior citizen. I answered, "Yes, I was." She snapped and said, I have to work." I told my granddaughter, "We don't have to be treated like this let's go." So the cashier slurred as we walked away, "Well." I did nothing wrong. When I got in my car that was in Handicap Parking, I turned and the cashier is standing at the door staring at me. She was completely out of line. I noticed that there are several complaints and no one even responds. This is how big businesses Go Out of Business, "One Customer At A Time." I will be contacting Corporate Office.

Customer service and employee attitude is never friendly or helpful. I asked if they sold an item the response I got was "hell I don't know" and no effort was made to see to my problem or help in anyway. She just kept sitting at her empty register. I've been here several times its not just one employee but everytime I go I feel like an employee was rude in some way be it help locating an item or filling a balloon. It's possible that it is just me that feels this way. I give two stars though as the prices of course are consistent and what I expect and the stores organized and easily shopped quickly. Thank you

Great variety of flowers for memorial day. Have been very happy with every purchase. Bought lots of outdoor stuff earlier in the year.

We went there to try to get hair spray & curlers for Mom, pet food bowls, and a few other items. Was disappointed about the curlers but Mom was happy that we came away with needed items to continue our trip. Ladies working there were cordial too.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The store was clean and very well-stocked. Everything is $1 which is amazing in today's economy. You will find household items, beauty products, office supplies, party items, cleaning supplies and food. The checkout lines can be a bit slow. There was only one cashier and about five or six people in line.

Wow! I haven't been to this location in a while, but it was a huge mess! Unopened boxes all over the place, trash & paper up & down every aisle. Pretty obvious the two ladies working there were unhappy the boss told them it all had to be organized & cleaned up.

This is the best Dollar tree in East texas. The store is very clean and organized. The workers were actively putting out new merchandise and were still polite. Charlotte was so professional and courteous. She greeted me and thanked me for my purchase. She was engaging and made eye contact. Charlotte from the Eastman road location needs to travel on down to the 281 loop location to train Betty on how to give good customer service.

The store doesn't have alot of verity of ideams. Manager walked through me and a friend talking didn't apologize, we where in her way. Very rude, The cashier was on her phone and didn't help us until I had to raise my voice so she know we were there. Won't go back to that one will try another.

Check out the website before you go. There are lots of craft and other ideas. I hate the new pricing. They even have $5 items now. One of the things that made this place fun and efficient to shop was not having to look for a price.

The traffic inside this store is about as congested as it is outside the store. Friendly staff. They always have several cashiers. Special bonus for all my thrifty shoppers. Couple all items only a $1 with manufacturer's coupons for extra savings!

the store is great the staff is a different story, staff tried to steal my cell phone and then tried to hide it by sending every call and text to voicemail and deleting them. lied when we called up there and asked if they had one up there they said "no one returned one". after tracking it my husband went back up there and the casher Courtney (male) hesitated to say they had it until my husband let them know it had been tracked to the inside of the store! police have been called to take further actions and the district manager will be contacted as well to insure other customers don't have the same experience

Sometimes the staff is friendly, sometimes they're not... but hey! Everything is a dollar! It is nice to just throw stuff in the buggy without having to worry about the cost. Sometimes I am so surprised at the things I get for a buck.

Before I do my weekly shopping at my local grocery store, I take my list of needs to the Eastman Dollar Store. On average, I find a half of the items there. For 'one dollar'. Do you like to save money?

This is one place where I actually enjoy just looking around. We bought only 9 items this time among the three of us. I like not having to think about the prices.

Wish they would expand more of the craft section. Instead of having to travel all around to the other 3 locations in town. Employees are very friendly, helpful.

I really like the dollar tree... but I had to go to the bathroom and ended up walking in on someone bc THERES NO LOCK ON THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM!!😐😐 That seriously needs to be fixed....

I really like how every thing is a dollar you can save money but the quality sometimes really disappoints me the mops break easily but the candy is good and has a brand
