Our fur baby has anxiety and does not do well with in home sitters while we are gone. We tired this place out in hopes that it would be the perfect fit for him. Drop off was swift and easy, they were tender and got scooby comfortable with them to go back into the kennels. Pick up was a breeze, scooby was well mannered and seemed to enjoy his stay. I will most definitely use them again in the future!

Will not be returning despite how convenient this facility is.We dropped off our dogs at 5p on Friday, they were picked up by 4:30 Sunday and they were fed 3 times while at the facility and given a bath (to which is an option on the sheet however there was zero discussion of oh by the way it’s xyz $Amount)….they charged us for 3 FULL DAYS and billed us over $250! $250 for less than 48 hours of boarding and 2 baths which can be given at home for free. Poor quality customer service and no desire to reconcile the complaint upon receiving the call.Will travel further just to receive higher quality of care without being excessively over charged

I've visited multiple groomers in the area and my experiences led me to try grooming my baby by myself because I was so frustrated. The moment I entered Doggie Doors they were super sweet and loving towards my baby. The grooming job was exactly what I wanted and they finished within a decent timeframe. I will definitely be returning

I had my golden retriever in for a grooming last week. He looks great! However, afterwards I noticed he was all itchy and blistering on his back. After taking him to the vet, it was determined he got post grooming furunculosis (caused by bacteria from shampoo bottles), which caused an $80 grooming visit into another $250 worth of antibioticsNo big deal, it happens. I give no judgment on an accident. However, we did give them a call after the vet visit just to give them a heads up so they can track down the shampoo bottle used to throw away, and did get a little attitude back from a gal on the phone. We love small businesses and we’re just trying to do them a solid to keep an eye out, but the feedback wasn’t taken too well. I probably wouldn’t have given the 2 star review if it wasn’t for the attitude.Great haircut. A little leery on the safety of the cleaning supplies. We will most likely give them another chance because accidents happen.

Accepted our dog, on short notice, for a weekend stay. We would enjoy some longer weekend hours; Saturday open until 11am, Sunday they open at 4pm.

If I could do zero stars I would. This place is very unprofessional. If you ever want to check this place out I would advise against it just by looking at the other terrible reviews of dogs being taken back to their owners with gashes. Also my sister started work there this morning and was told to go let the dogs out of the gate and when she was a lady named Tracy got in her face and cussed her out and was being very rude instead of properly correcting someone. Also the rest of the staff watched and giggled while watching it go down. I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my pet to a dangerous negative environment like this.

Don't go here. There are better places to take your dog than this daycare. Plus I heard rumors that a dog has died there. I don't know about y'all but I'd love to leave my dog somewhere and know for a fact it won't have anything wrong.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used them. 1st time our dog came back with random cuts all over body and paws. Was told “he plays hard”. Picked up our 2 dogs today that we’re boarding for 9 days. Paid $450 and they came back filthy. I sent 2 weeks of food incase we couldn’t get back in time with measurement instructions and measuring cup. They said they had no more food. Overheard a phone conversation where someone else was apparently inquiring about injuries to their dog while there and heard the same response…..”he plays hard, and keeps sticking his face in the mud”. My little dog came home and drank water like she hadn’t had any in a long while. We will be finding a new boarding place next time.

not a great vibe. staff is very rude. the one time we left our boy here he came home very stressed, anxious, and having accidents in his crate which he had never done previously, even as a puppy. have a feeling he wasn’t taken very good care of, played with, or let out to use the bathroom enough.

Such an awesome boarding experience. The staff were so great with our dog who was nervous (this was her first time being boarded). They gave her treats and just loved on her to make her more comfortable.The entire place is SO clean and bright/cheerful which made me feel better about leaving her! We will definitely board with them again!

Tracy and her team are awesome. They really care for your pets, we call n ask for updates and they let us know how they doing. I will be boarding my pets here from now on with peace of mind knowing they cared for. Suggestion (wish they do daily pics update send to our phones that way we don't bother them with calls since they are busy.)

Super disappointed in our stay over Memorial Day weekend. I was told that our dogs head got “stuck under a fence” and his ear was cut badly. I was only told this the day of pick up. When I picked him up, I was unable to see how badly it was due to them placing medication spray on it. The receptionist told me they “tried to call me” but I have no missed call and no voicemail. I asked why the didn’t try to call my husband or leave a voicemail and they acted dumbfounded. When I took him to the VET, they stated their was no way this just happened one day ago as it was crusty and very swollen.My dog had to be sedated and sewn up in multiple places. When I talked to Kim, the owner, she blamed my dog for being destructive. She said she would not refund my $140 stay nor would she repay me the $300 vet bill. Her reasoning was because she was going to have to pay money to repair her fence he supposedly broke. Bad business.I paid for a service and I did not receive it. This is neglect to the highest degree and I would never want anyone else to have to go through this. Please be ware!!!!!

Made an appointment to have my 2 fur babies groomed. I just moved to Texas and ensured all of my dogs shots were up to date prior to moving. When we arrived the owner advised that the state of Texas required Borditella shots every 6 months. I showed her my up to date shot records that were still good through 6/2022 and again she claimed that “you are now in Texas and they require the Borditella every 6 months!” She then went to the back and gathered my girls and handed them over and that was that!!! I have since spoken to several other groomers and vets here in Texas and what she was claiming was “INCORRECT!!!” I will never go back!!! Their loss as she not only lost my business but also my kid’s and everyone else I know here in Texas!!! 😡 😡 😡

Boarded my adult labrador here over the weekend. When we picked her up she was covered in pee and smelled horribly. She gets kenneled at home when we are not home and does not potty in her kennel, so it makes me wonder how long she was left alone without being taken outside to potty. Very disappointed.**Update**The owner, Kim, called me and apologized for how dirty my dog was when she was returned to me. Apparently all the kennels are outside and the dogs get to play together. She offered me a free bath to make up for it and she was very nice.

The people here are nice most of the time. They always take good care of our dogs and help bring them to the car after being groomed. We have also boarded here several times and they even offer bacon and eggs for breakfast for an extra cost.

My dog does not like to be groomed and this is the only place that has been able to groom my dog on an ongoing basis without issue. Other places gave up on grooming him or I would have to take off work to go hold him while he was being groomed. That is just not the case at Doggie Doos, the only phone calls I get are to tell me that my dogs are ready. It is such a relief to not have the grooming worry anymore. I have boarded both my dogs here once and had no issues checking in on them or seeing pictures of them online, it was also nice to have them bathed before I picked them up after vacation.

Bring your dog or cat here if you don’t want them to get their medicine, if you want them to get worms or want them in a messy kennel all day. Had a bulldog that needed eye drops. They forgot to give them to him. So before the owner showed up they opened it and poured it out so it looked like they gave it to him. Not to mention dog doo with worms in it all over the yard. Make a surprise visit before you take your pet their and see for yourself

I was expecting better because of the reviews but unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for. They quoted me services over the phone so my dog was taken there. When he was picked up (not by me) they didn't inform that there wasn't enough time to complete what I asked. So he basically just got a bath and still charged for what wasn't done. I didn't realize this till I checked him at home since I wasn't the one to pick him up. I called back and that's when they told me there wasn't time. They said I could quickly take him in but it would be extra. No thank you! You had already charged way too much for just a bath, because even what they said was included in the bath service wasn't even done.

Thank you so much to Doggie Doos for taking such great care of Tudge. He loves staying with you. The staff is terrific and they treat the animals as if they were their own pets. Very clean. Nice, roomy kennels. Covered outdoor play area. I visited several kennels in the area before selecting Doggie Doos. Absolutely the best in Longview.

I took my dog for boarding Sat.and Sun.I picked him up on Monday morning as soon as they opened at 6:30a.m.they charged me 93dlls.for 2days.they were closed on Sunday because of Easter, that's the reason why I didn't pick him up on Sunday, I asked front desk why they were charging me,for monday n she didn't know why,all she said it was policy, also I requested to give him a bath and they forgot, that place is a RIP off

This place is horrible , they lie to you and say your dog had a blast when they didn't even let him with other dogs, very unprofessional only care about the money. Kimberly Shelton only cares About the money and is horrible to her workers. Everyone is fake and two faced , do not bring your pets here! My dog got hurt in a dog fight and they didn't even call me , and then lied about it .

Brought my fur babies for a the weekend went and picked them up the following Monday one of them had a nasty tear on his ear looked like he got attacked by another dog they had no explanation nor would they cover the vet bill to repair the ear
