So my mother butchered my dog... Penny is always outside working to Shephard the horses and my mother thought she must be hot. So she attempted to shave her. She cut into the undercoat and Penny looked dreadful. (See what I did there?) Anyway I was afraid my neighbors would think i didn't care for my animals or that she might traumatized the neighbors kids so I called around. This place truly seems to care about your animals comfort and wellbeing. She did really well and I am no longer scared the neighbors kids will think she has mange.The two first photos are before photos

I can't say enough great things about this place! Not only do they have a large selection of high quality food, treats, toys, clothes, beds and more - but their grooming salon is PHENOMENAL!We've been in several times to make purchases, but today was my first day using the salon. Dog Style offers true one-on-one grooming, which is an awesome perk not many places offer. This was my puppy's first grooming experience and Macey was AMAZING with her. She made sure my dog was comfortable and happy and her haircut turned out so good. I could not be happier with the all around service I receive here - they have a customer for life!

My dogs birthday party was today and my Amazon order for her cake and party stuff was delayed I was in a semi panic as this was a event where not only was it her birthday but a gathering of friends with their dogs. I searched up local stores and this popped up and I decided to give it a try. It was amazing. Sadly I didn't get the person name working but they were amazing and treated us with a very warm welcome including a free birthday treat, they stocked birthday hats and cakes as well as many other goodies. It is a amazing place that should be way higher up! You save her birthday thank you Dog Style!

When we moved to the area this was the only store I found that could order a certain brand of raw dog food for me. They always keep a box in stock and are always so nice and considerate. They have the cutest stuff in their store along with a lot of natural alternatives. I come here every two weeks from 30 minutes away. My dogs don’t need groomed but I have to say every dog that I see in there is happy and taken care of VERY well.

I don't think I have ever been to a better dog store and I've been coast to coast. Clean, neat, well stocked. Barbara, Certified Dog Whisperer, took the time to ask questions regarding my dogs food, habits , etc. Just amazing..10/10. Customer for life..

Really nice independent pet store. The Lady was really kind and helpful and gave my pup Gizmo lots of love and attention. I saw pet items ive not seen in big retail pet chains. Even though it is more expensive I do like to shop independent chains when I can. I highly recommend checking this place out. If I lived here this place would be my go to.

This store is simply amazing. If you are a true animal person this is a must see store. The 2 ladies running the store were just as amazing and so knowledgable. They have literally anything from clothes, beds trinkets and a very good food area. They also do dog grooming on site. Enjoyed my time thereA must stop here store

I love this store. Being from the Houston area I'm use to quite the selection and quality for my pets. Ms. Barbara and her store exceed all expectations and provide the BEST! Her attentiveness, knowledge, and customer service are exemplary. I have never enjoyed talking with a manaher, associate, or store owner so much. The assortment of quality products are superb. She stocks many hard to find brands and was so informed. I am thrilled about finding this gem!

10/10 recommend this dog store. as soon as we walked in the lady helped us look for what we needed and talked to us about our dog. extremely friendly and personal. she gave us free samples for dog food. will be going back to get our dog groomed😁

Spent a pretty penny getting a trim on my small dog but the stylist did a completely different style than I asked. When I tried to speak to someone to get it resolved my concerns were met coldly and I was told the stylist would call me back to talk about it, which she never did. Very disappointed and definitely won’t drop $70 on a gamble haircut here again.Eta: I see the owners response and unfortunately it is true. I did reach out and try to resolve the issue, I wasn’t upset at first because I assumed it was a misunderstanding but when I called to talk to the stylist to let her know what I’d like difference next time I was told simply, and with no concern about my experience, that she would call me back and that never happened. I still buy other things at the store but did not have a satisfactory experience with the grooming portion. The response here is about what I experienced when I first tried to resolve my he issue.

I took my pupper to be groomed and Macy did a wonderful job. He walked in looking like a sad, dirty mop and he walked out looking like the most handsome dog in the world and he smelled great. By far my favorite place to go. My puppy loves it here and loves the lady who runs the place. Every time we go the lady gives our puppy free treats and puts water in a bowl for her. She shows our puppy love and cares for her customers. It's more than a owner customer relationship, it's a relationship based out of love for animals from probably the nicest lady I have ever seen. The treats, toys, and acessories there are top notch and at a very reasonable price. They have their own baked goods which my puppy loves. All around I love this pet store that I found by mistake and I truly do not mind spending money of any sort here to support the store. I would recommend this place to anybody with a puppy or full grown dog. I can guarantee once you go in, you won't want to go back to a Petco or Petsmart again.

I love that Barbara reads the labels for me so I can go in and shop freely for my dogs knowing that anything I choose will be the best. She is very helpful and will go the distance to help you find something that works for your pup. I love that she is always doing something fun for her customers. Fun and functional female fully focuses on & fancies felines AND canines! It's a whole other breed of pet store than a Petco or Petsmart. This is the place to go for duck or chicken feet or pet id tags linked to web addresses if found. The store and owner are two East Texas gems in hiding!!!! I used to live on the east coast and was spoiled with the selection of cool pet stores. Now I don't have to drive to Dallas to find something special.
