Literally sat in the drive through so long waiting to order that my daughter peed her pants. Then I just drove around without ordering and went inside to take her to the bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock so I had to stand guard while my baby finished using the potty. While I was in there I ordered my food. The lady at the counter was really nice but we still had to wait forever to get our food. An hr after I first got in the drive though lane I finally get my food. Then when I get home my sons burger was wrong and some of my food was missing. I won’t be going back ever.

Went thru the drive thru at 4:27, man working the mic sounded about as interested as chewing nails. There were 2 black ladies behind him just a laughing and carrying on, so when he said pull around I was shocked! Pulled around and waited in my truck for a good 20mins then got frustrated and walked inside. They said oh yeah its ready been sitting here for about 15 mins. So I just took my food as I was starving and didn't have time to throw a fit. When I opened up the wrapper on my grilled chicken sandwich, it was totally thrown together. The bun wasn't even together and yeah it made a mess all over my truck the chicken was done and I still had half a bun left. Just a terrible experience!!

Gave drive thur coupon she never used or rang up. But she gave me coupon price, but I didn't get credit on my app. For using. This is the second time I have visited this store. I can't take my coupon to another store for credit or use. She took the money and I got a cone so I had to throw it out in their parking lot. Due to she touched the cone. Last visit to this place.

My son and I ate there today. You could hear someone yelling and cussing at one of their young employees in the kitchen. I can only guess the person might be in a management position. She used the F word several times and we were not the only customers there. We will not be going back. If I knew who to report this behavior to I would. I am sure your young employees don't get paid that much and if that was my child you were speaking to there would be a problem. Very unprofessional on your part.

THE WORST DQ I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.The blonde worker who said everyone there is a "manager" who is also missing some teeth, argued with me about cups of water. WATER!!She was rude, argumentative and when she got confirmation she turns to me and kid you NOT says "See!! I'm RIGHT!!". I had literally been there twice, once the day before for water which cost me about $1 for three cups. However the very next day it was $10 for the EXACT same cups.I understand that rules change however food service IS CUSTOMER service. Having worked it all my life I know who is considered right and it's not the caddy one behind the counter behaving like she's 3.Professionalism does not exist with this one and of she IS a manager her very friendly and professional coworkers from the day before need to take her place. She does not deserve a manager title, nor does she need to be in front of customers.

This location needs to fire every employee and start over. Absolute rudest people I've ever seen in fast food industry. The girl at the drive thru window assured me I had everything before I pulled away. I pulled over before I left the parking lot just to be sure. I did NOT have my full like she said.I went inside and they acted like I was in the wrong.Do not ever go to this one. This place is absolute trash

Love their HEATH BLIZZARD. IT'S absolutely the BEST!!! Better than Sonic. They don't have the Heath and normally they put too many M&Ms in. My opinion. Either ONE IS VERY GOOD!

We have had poor service and food from this location before but my son stopped and picked up two “Blizzards”. Almost $10 for two small Blizzards and they were over half filled with plain vanilla ice cream with Blizzard mix placed on top! Very dishonest! I will never go this store again.

When I came to pick up the order they told me they didn't have a order for me and named off the orders they did have, I showed the my order which said it would be ready at 12:13 it was well over 12:30 before I received my order which I had to show her on my phone. The whole staff had a attitude which made me uncomfortable like I did something wrong. My sons jalitos were burnt and my food was just thrown in the bag. The bacon ranch burger I ordered had no cheese and had mayo not ranch sauce. I really wish our service would have been better because we love dairy queen and chose to go there over jucys because of the steak fingers and fries and gravy

Usually I'm not too hard on people about forgetting things, but when all of the workers straight up are just sitting in the lobby not doing any part of their job it's different. THEN proceeds to tell you that you didn't order what they forgot even though your receipt says otherwise. I'm extremely disappointed. The burgers that I did receive were half wrapped and fell apart inside the bag. When I got home to eat them they were lathered in condiments and tasted horrible, coming from multiple people. My brother even got sick from it. Won't be coming back.

First of all, how can a company have an online menu and not go by that menus prices? A 4 piece chicken strip basket online is $7.89 but turns into $10+ when I got there to pick it up. They told me they don't go by those prices. The chicken was cooked too long and hard as a rock. DQ on Gilmer Rd in Longview, Texas did this. I will never go to a DQ again!! Any DQ!!

Went in for a quick lunch and ordered tacos and nachos. The nachos were so stale they were inedible, the tacos were good but they only gave us 4 taco sauces for 5 tacos. We didn't complain but we will never go back.

The food was delicious, but they appeared to be out of so many things - which I'll attribute to current problems with federal government putting severe strains on supply and demand. However, the employees are very accommodating and pleasant.

They deserve no stars!! Waited in the drive thru 20 minutes before getting to the window toonly get my drinks. Then was told to pull around to the front and they would bring it right out. Mind you I only ordered 2 burger combos. DQ employee comes out to ask what I ordered!!!! So I told him. He then comes out without my food again only to tell me it would be another 2 minutes. Needless to say 5 minutes later I finally get my food. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Bought 2 med size blizzards. One lackingcandy - seemed to be more ice cream and not a lot of flavor(butter finger). This is a complaint I find happens at other places too.
