If I could give a 0 I would. Employees sitting around doing nothing while the line is backed up. Insurance didn’t cover rx so tried charging $200. I had to mention bringing the good rx coupon and even with that her exact words were “Well it’s still probably going to be $90 dollars” I pulled it up and it ended up being $20. Will never come back here!

Never, and I mean never, have I had the absolute difficulty of being able to refill a prescription like this before.Sometimes things happen, such as losing or spilling, and you need a refill sooner.This has NEVER been an issue getting it refilled early, and the man that answered the phone had the absolute gall to completely ignore me, say "you should still have some".Completely ignoring my issue and hung up on me.I don't understand why this specific CVS is so rude and incapable of listening or filling prescriptions properly.When someone is requesting a prescription early, there is a REASON.Stop cancelling it after the system lets someone input it in the first place.Do NOT mess with peoples' medicine when you're absolutely clueless and refusing to listen or consider their situation.I am out and this dude has the nerve to tell me I still have some, when I don't, and hangs up on me and keeps canceling my order, even just leaving one on hold so I can't even input it for order anymore.

I would give 0 if it were possible. Last month, one of my prescriptions required a prior authorization, which I was never notified about. Since I was out of town, they gladly allowed my husband to pay over $200 for my script without batting an eye.This month, the system messed up the date in which I had picked up my last prescription. The head pharmacist kept repeating that I had picked it up on a date that was incorrect, then proceeded to raise his voice and called me incompetent. Come to find out, he had it filled and ready to go when I came up there with documentation. His response was “I decided to fill it early.” Save your frustration and tears, and do not use this pharmacy.

The people in this store have always helped me out and have done the best they could to resolve problems with my prescriptions. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Only a 1 star because you’re required to put in a star to leave at least 1….. I have used many pharmacies over the years and this one has to be dang near the worst!!! No customer service! My prescriptions on “Auto Fill” I still have to call and beg for my meds. This is the closest CVS to my house- 25-30 minutes 1 way only to have to wait in a line that is out into the main isle - I have seen 10+ people in line at once with people also sitting in the few chairs they have waiting because their prescriptions were priced incorrectly!!! Without the line just to pick up my prescriptions is an hour drive time….. add an hour waiting in line and that’s 2 hours just to get prescriptions which is ridiculous!!! All the people who used to work there walked out because of the lack of breaks and being short staffed! I can’t blame them at all!!!! Corporate needs to do something with this store which I have now called 2 times on! My prescription was called in yesterday afternoon but was told it would be at least 6pm tonight before it was ready! I have never in my life seen a pharmacy like this and going to talk to my insurance company and let them know the problem and see if they can or will approve a different pharmacy for me to go to since it requires me to use a CVS!

I generally don’t write negative reviews, but want to help save some people time/money. It seems like there’s an issue every time we’ve tried to get prescriptions filled here. There have been a few times our insurance has been filed improperly and without questioning it, we would’ve paid significantly more on our prescriptions ($148 vs $10). So make sure to ask questions if a number seems wrong. In addition, I have had to call doctors offices multiple times because they cant find the prescriptions that are being sent over. It seems to me like there is some sort of system issue, because it’s happened at multiple different doctors offices, not just a recurring problem with one doctor. The staff has always been cordial and tried to help, so I have no complaints there, but I’ve just spent far too much time (And possibly too much money) on what should be a fairly simple pick up process.

We loved using this pharmacy for years. Unfortunately something has changed. They never, I mean NEVER answer the phone. Many times I’ve waited so long on hold it cuts off after 30 minutes. Prescriptions get sent in multiple times yet they don’t have it “in their system”. What use to be a regular “refillable” script 3X a year, now has to get dr approval every time?So sad how it has gone down in a very short period of time. Hopefully it will return like it was someday.

I am a totally blind customer of CVS and find that with all of the technology and security procedures in place, CVS is totally ill equipped to deal with blind customers. Everything in the store in terms of procedure and finding products is visually oriented. It is most disappointing.

The pharmacist is such an arrogant, unprofessional, rude being...he needs to be fired for his lack of customer service skills and his issues with filling a prescription that was written and approved by a DOCTOR!!! Dealing with his "God-Know-It-All" complex is so toxic and unnecessary! He needs to be evaluated by a more professional audience, counseled and terminated! This small town needs a pharmacist that hinges on customer friendly healthcare services at the only CVS in a 25 mile radius, rather than having to be exposed to a Narcissistic one!

This Pharmacy is going down hill. Twice in the past month had very poor service. No one working the pharmacy will acknowledge you are at the counter. They just walk past you as if you weren’t there. No customer service at all. I’m definitely changing pharmacies.

I have used about every pharmacy in Longview and Target is by far my favorite. The staff members are so quick, friendly and helpful. One recent visit I was suffering from an extremely bad ear infection and with just one look at my face, the young blonde staff member with glasses told me where I could sit and she would bring everything to me. It was such a relief to be treated so well while in pain. My nephew has special needs and requires a lot of medication and the pharmacist specifically asks about him at each visit. A young woman named Lindsey is also extremely helpful. Service like this is rare and I am thankful to have found it. I will definitely continue to use Target Pharmacy for all of our needs.
