Great prices, huge selection, great customer service. What i liked best was they let me walk around and shop. It was nice. When I was ready for help they were right there. Plus the price match guarantee makes this my new go to next time I'm need of anything for the house.

Ordered a refrigerator, to be delivered in 2 days. Given 3 hour window, and gave 2 numbers for delivers to call and had a neighbor at my home from 11:30-2:30. They never showed up. Got an email update that homeowner wasn't home, and delivery not made. I called local office. They sent me to the distribution center. Rang 25 times once, and next call i let ring 20 times. No answer. The number to call on the email was a disconnected number. I called back, and the manager Steve basically called me a liar, while he's yelling at me. Asked him to schedule next day and call me back asap. I called back and he was at lunch. I spoke to another manager, and he said that there has been no response from the distribution center in an hour. He then gave me another number to call after I told him the number I was given was a disconnected number. I called this number, and never got to reschedule another date for the fridge. I was told she was going to escalate it to the off-line team, and would respond soon. Never bothered to call me back. The national Conn’s is as sorry as the local one. Nothing....cancelled my order, used Lowe's, where I've never had an issue with multiple appliances bought over 15+ years. Told them my story and they knocked off $200 dollars because of my order history with them. Conn's is the absolute worst. The shabbiness on Tyne outside is a good indicator of the sorriness inside.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have never had this bad of service at any business I've done business with! They have the worst customer service I've ever seen or heard of! They have ripped me off since day one of my purchase. They have cost me so much time and money and the nightmare isn't even over yet. I'm seriously looking at a lawsuit. Even after everything they have messed up, they're still trying to screw me out of even more money! They shouldn't even be allowed to be in business! There's so much more detail I could give but I don't have any more time to waste on them!

Worst place I have ever dealt with, paid cash for a refrigerator, and the refrigerator did not function for my new home because I have walls on each side of the house Tim is the worst Manager a store could have, kept promising to call but never did, my husband and I went to the store 3 times,and still no assistants, called customer service and did a complaint and was told that it was up to the store manager Tim to make the decision, I asked Tim for his manager which he insisted that is who he was waiting on for an answer from but was told he could not give me his managers numberor he would be fired, so we got nothing back from anyone, I am believing that is was because we paid cash that we are stuck with a refrigerator that does not function, Corporate does not answer and customer service sucks. Would give them a -0 if I could.

My Grandson bought me a carpet (Rug) for Christmas, unfortunately it was too small for what I wanted it for, so he gave me the Receipt and told me to return it . On 12-27-23 I went to the Store, the Guy behind the counter told me that normally they don’t do returns on furniture and that Carpets are considered Furniture. He told me that he messaged the Managers and it would take a minute to get an answer 40-45 minutes later he asked me for my Name and number and said it could take some time to get an answer they would call me. I went home and waited, never got a call! A couple of days later I called the Store and asked to speak to a manager, a woman picked up the phone and I told her what my plight was. Heard the same spiel from her about rugs being furniture and no returns on furniture and then she said that they have not received any answer from Management. She also told me I would get a call before 5pm.Received a call about 4:50/4:55pm telling me that they haven’t received any answer yet and they would contact me when they get a response. Today is 01-02-24 !! Still nothing!! Unbelievable, treating people like this 😤 oh, went back to the store and two female employees behind the counter gave me again the same B.S. about no return on furniture and no response from Management also that they short staffed and that they haven’t had a manager for over 6 months, then who the hell was I talking to on the phone?

From the time I entered the store throughout the completion of the contract for the item I purchased, I was very pleased with the friendly and courteous atmosphere of the team members...especially Nikki. Found my new “go to” place for my furniture and appliance needs! They had the stove I wanted there in the store, it was half the price our usual place had it selling for and we didn’t have to wait almost 3 weeks to be delivered! We were able to load it in our truck and bring it home the same day!

We went Thursday and purchased a couch/loveseat in Longview, Texas.. Delivery was to be today 11/4. The quick delvery was a big factor in our decosion purchase.. We did not receive the text yestetday to confirm our deluvery today.. I was preparing my living room for delivery and decided to call since we had not received the promised communication. I was told delivery had been moved to the 9th. No phone call, no communication and obviously our furniture hadn't been reserved at the time of purchase. Talked to the store manager who could offer no explanation or solution. She did give me the customer experience number. We spent around an hour on the phone, first talking to Beth and then Louie with the delivery portion of customer experience. Both were working to resolve our problem. However, Louie called the store, because my husband said we would be happy to take the store model- and we could take delivery Monday, if needed. She was supposed to contact her district manager for permission to sell the floor model. That was 3 hoirs ago, still no call. Again, no communicaion. I am sure we will be csnceling our order and makung sure that we communicate our dissatisfaction with our community. Our salesman, did his job,the furniture showed to be in stock- but somehow, no reservation was made for our purchase. And to top it all, there seems to be no one eho can offer a solution. I couldn't give a 1/2 star, so 1 will have to do.

I regret ever buying anything from this company. I don't get paid till end of month every month. I get numerous calls from Indian call center, and an email threatening me to take my bed every month. Don't use this company. And we paid for extra water filter we never got., do they ripped us off 60 dollars as well.

We initially walked in looking for a better living section to match our existing set up and the sales representative, Tim Ybarra, found us a suitable match. Walked us through the financing process and was super chill the whole time, no forced sales. Was a quality experience and we ultimately ended upgrading our entertainment system on top of the furniture. Will be shopping here for future home upgrades!
