Customer service was amazing especially when the employee by the name of Keisha was very helpful. She pointed me in all the right directions for the items I needed. I ended up spending $2500 for everything. I would have spent much more somewhere else thank you Keisha!!!!

The store salesman was pretty helpful, but the management, store customer service and online service was horrible. Unless the product we want isn't available anywhere else, we will not patronize them again. Purchased a smartwatch. The store was out, so they had to get it from another location. With shipping, the salesman said 4 days. I started receiving tracking updates immediately. The 1st one said 4 days. The second one moved it up to the next day deliver. That's when the process fell apart. The tracking stayed next day for a week. I tried getting help from the store, but they said it was not their fault or problem. They told me to call USPS, but they were no help either. On each call, I asked to speak to a store manager and was refused. I was hung up on, by my local store's customer service, twice during this process. Finally, after a week, we went back into the store and demanded our money back. They said we would have to do this process at the store the watch was shipped from (which was 200 miles away). We kept demanding our money back and finally a store manager approved our refund. Customer Service is very important to us and this store's CS needs help.

The sales associates are great. The customer service group had our online purchase ready.. (kind of).I say kind of, because we ordered online. And what we ordered was the latest version of an apple ipad pro (version 5)on a special apple sale. However, what we actually received was a version 4 IPad.. not really happy with that.. I guess, the latest version means whatever they have left.I did not find this out until I was on a consulting job this week. Hopefully, this post is read, and this is corrected. If not, then my rating goes down to a -5... this was false advertisement on the web (in my opinion) since the online ad said latest version.. I needed version 5 to perform the work I do. So thanks, a blown opportunity for my company, and a major blow to my faith in BestBuy ads online,and a major negative blow to apple since it was an apple sale.Just an FYI, I have been using apple products since the 90's.. this is the first time this happened with apple products. Maybe, this will be corrected. If not, I will NOT be re commending in the future.

With the exception of 2 encounters, the staff, manager, and geek squad personnel are great. They've NEVER been rude. My 2 disappointing encounters was [1] getting our brand new refrigerators ice maker fixed since it wouldn't make ice. 1st call in to the 800 # was aggravating because they wouldn't help us without a SKU number, even though they saw the item had been bought, hanging up on them after an hour. 2nd and 3rd attempt we got someone to acknowledge the item, but said they had no one that could come out and fix it. They had no certified repairman, asking if we could bring it to the store. (Come on guys, really!!)[2] was just recently relating to my new Samsung More Note 23 ultra $1250 phone. It had software freeze up issues, which qeek squad said couldn't be fixed and needed a new replacement. They contacted us days after the replacement didn't show up, saying they were out. Instead of doing a search, they asked us to call surrounding sites and see if they had one for the exchange. After weeks and several stores with no phones, they said they couldn't fix it. You would think they would make it right by going to the closest comparison, the Note 24. That's was a big fat, NO !So, I had to go through my Verizon carrier to get a replacement who finally found one in their extended nationwide warehouse search. But told me if one couldn't be found, they would send me a note 24 at no additional cost.Maybe after reading this, upper management may make some future changes and do what Verizon did. But our other protection plan items were exchanged with new items with no hassle, including an ice making machine we bought after they failed to fix our original refrigerators' broken ice maker.So, to recap this review, make sure before signing on the Dotted line on high dollar $$$ ticket items like appliances for example, that you ask them if they have a certified company that can come out and look or fix the item, before installing it at home. In my example, we should have pushed harder to make them honor this mishap, so if this post saves one person from going through what we've experienced, then the negative post did its intended job.PS- Best Buy may not like me anymore after this, but I will continue to shop and buy the great products.

There are so many hidden fees hidden rules, hidden everything if you buy from this company they have completely changed what Best Buy used to be. They want $250 to help me link my printer to my computer.And they want to act like they’re the only ones that knows how to do things and talk down to you as if you’re an idiotThat’s from the geek squad manager to the store manager so if you want to be humiliated in front of the entire store, go ask a question and see how they treat you

don’t get your iphone fixed here. they will probably end up shipping it off to apple & you’re stuck without a phone for over a week. you are better off driving to dallas, going to the apple store, and getting your phone fixed in one day.(one of the employees also suggested to me) the employees are friendly but i would not trust best buy with my phone.

No one hardly helps you unless you stalk them and then you don't normally get good help or questions asked. They just want you to purchase something you know nothing about for the most part about graphics like 1080 or 2040

My husband brought his iPhone in for repair (it was cracked in the back). Store associate told him he would need to leave his phone there so they can order part. They reassured him it wasn’t going to take very long and he should have it back in 3 days. 3 days later we go back to Best Buy to see what’s going on and they informed us that it’s being repaired in CALIFORNIA and as soon as it’s done and gets shipped back we’ll be notified. Apparently Best Buy sends all Apple device repairs to California. Well 5 days later and many phones calls to both Apple and Best Buy we got the phone back. Next time I’m just making the trip to Dallas for my iPhone issues.

Cost me a fortune in mistakes! Literally brought the “freak squad” specs I needed for computer to push my gaming. TWICE given wrong system! 2nd time I ate the cost due to me traveling for work and didn’t make it back in time to take back. Staff has no clue on computers/electronics. Hiring process must be some “woke” disaster. No qualified personnel in house. Service is also terrible! DO NOT GO. Order online

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer, a stereo system, ear buds, a gas stove etc. I was forced to purchase a warranty plan over $200 that did not HELP IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM WHEN I NEEDED IT!! The sales associates are only in it for the sale if your not purchasing something NOBODY CARES!! I also tried calling customer service about my issues and concerns was told I would get a callback and I have still yet to hear from anyone. Apparently 6 yrs ago I gave them a 4 star rating. If I could give 1/2 star I would officially give 2 1/2 stars. I had purchased an otter box phone cover for my child's new IPhone 15. I wanted to return or exchange the item. Admittedly, I lost the receipt and the young attendant was able to locate the date of purchase and explained we only had 2 wks to bring it in to exchange. To which I was surprised at the limited time frame, but was cool about it... like wow...not much time, but ok, is there anyways this once we could be allowed a grace period to exchange the item? He laughs and says no. I said what if I ask a manger...he said no. I responded, there is a manger here isn't there and he said yea (not yes ma'am...guess I look young ;) )but it's not going to do any good, and I said well I'd still like to try, it doesn't hurt to ask. She was summoned over, and she didn't say boo, hey you...nothing. logged in, allowed for exchange, which I am grateful for! However. She could of said you suck, read the rules...I'm wielding my magical managerial powers now to allow for an exchange and bam! But nooo, nothing. I only knew it was allowed because it showed we were owed the $50, which we happily applied to our new purchase of headphones. This store is NOT the same... the customer service is severely lacking from the employees to the management team.Best buy, if you want to stay competitive and give people a reason to come through the doors...catch up and catch a clue.

I had forgotten the charger for my laptop at home (again!). So, I wasn't excited about having to buy another one.The personnel were very pre-occupied though there were not many other customers. The salesperson who finally helped me find what I was searching for (not an obvious a location for laptop accessories, I thought and no signage to indicate which would work with my HP) was actually visibly reluctant to answer my questions.I sold consumer electronics at retail for a long time and trained sales staff for years across the country while working for a speaker manufacturer. One of my favorite sayings was and remains, "The customer is not always right, but the customer is ALWAYS 'the customer'."The least expensive charger was triple the price of the last one I had purchased from an online competitor. Brick and mortar stores need to give us reasons to purchase from them. Obviously at Best Buy, the "razors" are commissioned better that the "blades". And then, maybe it was just an off-day for customer service at Longview's "best buy" store.

Bought a TV here on Sunday. Went back on Monday to buy a soundbar. Looked all around the store to make a good decision on a soundbar and subwoofer my husband and I could agree on. We found one that we loved with the attached picture directly beside it, so we thought it was a great deal and we saw a box up top with what we thought was the one that was on sale. We told the salesman which one we wanted and when he rang it up it was triple the price. We showed the salesman the sign and he basically said sorry the display sign is wrong and I or my manager won't help you. This is bad business in my eyes. If you have something labeled the wrong price it should be sold for that price. It is no one but the stores responsibility to make sure pricing on the floor is done properly. We had our heart set on something based on our knowledge of what was on the floor and then was told oops sorry we aren't going to make it right directly after the salesman said no one has touched the display to update pricing or anything on it for a very long time.

The minute you walk in your assaulted by that electronics buzz. Computers televisions phones appliances unfortunately they're getting rid of physical music. As someone who is old school I wish they didn't but you got to move with the times. They still have plenty of video games and software plus parts to build your own computer. The prices are usually in line with what you'll find on Amazon which makes me wonder how they're making money and staying in business. I hope it's for a long time now because Best buy has been a part of my world for decades.

Your store hours posted on your website say that you open at 8:00 am. We made plans so that coming from out of town, we could do the things we needed. We got here before 9:00. AND DOOR says not opening until 10:00. Very hard on customer service

Maybe three years ago (pre covid) they were awesome with great customer service. Now?! Every time either me or my husband go in there we have issues. Staff standing around, eating, talking to other staff, not listening to customer orders and getting them wrong, getting the wrong item, and making mistakes which cause the customer more legwork to get fixed. We will spend our money elsewhere.It’s a shame. We like shopping at Best Buy, but not when it’s always a headache…

Lack of integrity - over priced and failed to deliver on time. Customers expect, make a promise, keep a promise. A hassle for refunds, note: one day later for return. Store gives you a number to call, the number is not able to refund telling you it'll take up to 7 days BUYER BEWARE!!

This was the absolute worst Best Buy I have ever been into, the manager lost $100 sale over $10 because they wouldn’t honor the online price and I wouldn’t of minded paying the extra amount if the manager and sales associate wasn’t so disrespectful.
